## Consolidated Theatres - USA Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I can’t even make a purchase or login or do anything without the screen going completely blank. I just bought a gift card and wanted to buy tickets through the app for convenience but not convenient at all! Very frustrating. Please hire someone who can program your app correctly.
-- Ree9546, 2025-05-24

### *---- "Mobile App"
It prompts me to update; However it freezes my screen. I attempted to try several times to update but fail. This app isn’t user friendly. Very frustrating. Might just as well watch Youtube.
-- C.villanueva, 2025-05-22

### *---- "Can’t login and see tickets"
Thought I would get a confirmation email but I didnt and there’s no way to login and see the tickets I bought
-- KASCHIIII, 2025-05-20

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
As of right now the app does not work at all. Can’t choose a location or click anything. Cannot view movies.
-- Austin70458, 2025-04-25

### *---- "Not Sure What Happened ?"
Confused On What Happened To The App? It Used To Work Perfectly Fine. I Could Order Tickets And Order Food. because My Theater Doesn’t Take Card. So It Was Easier But Now It Doesnt Show Anything On The App.?

### *---- "Clunky and limited"
Every time I open this app I am frustrated by how poorly it is designed. Here are some points that should be improved:

1:my rewards information in the new app is limited. I can only see my points, not what they equate to. I also cannot use my points. I can on every other movie app.

2:the app doesn’t auto open to today. It opens to “anytime” this is dumb.

3:not all movie times and prices show on the screen. You have to hunt for times and prices. It’s really annoying.

4. The old app did all of the above for free. The new app does none of it, and has a pretty steep usage charge.

### *---- "Worst Update"
Can’t log in for anything. Can’t even sign up. Truly disappointing.
-- Hisensei, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Worse"
I can’t even sign in to my account! The screen just turns white! You need to fix this app!
-- itzmadnezz, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Redo this App!"
Make sure to screenshot what you purchased or else, you will not have anything to prove you purchased food and tickets. There’s no menu item on the app to retrieve recent purchases. When I purchased food on the app, I recall a notification to open the “email” to click “I’m here” for the server to prepare the food. I never received the email. Once there, I showed my screenshot of my food purchase and they started preparing which took a good 15 minutes and what I received was wrong. I feel this app is not supported at all.
-- yukimichi, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Not User Friendly"
This New App has a busy interface! The Previous App is superior. It needs to be updated and reinstated immediately!☹️
