Im September hatte ich in Kroatien Geld abgehoben, wobei Consors damit wirbt, dass Auszahlungen in Europa, ab 300 € gebührenfrei sind. Mir wurden Gebühren berechnet und trotz zweimaliger Tortur mit dem Kundenservice habe ich die bisher nicht erstattet bekommen.
