Ich bekomme die Meldung Bitte melden sie sich beim Kundenservice bezüglich ihrer Adresse dies habe ich 2x telefonisch und 3x schriftlich vergeblich getan 6 Wochen sind vergangen und immer noch keine Besserung.Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr ungeduldig bis aggressiv, und das Beschwerde Management habe ich angeschrieben und immer noch keine Antwort bekommen. Nun habt ihr die Möglichkeit das selber zu bewerten. Und wieder sind zwei Wochen vergangen und nichts ist passiert ich kann nur den Tipp geben Finger weg von der App Kundenservice lässt einen hängen antworten teilweise auf Mail nicht. Antwort schreiben consors Finanz Sie können Ihr Kartenkonto jederzeit schriftlich, per Post, per Fax oder über unser Online-Kontaktformular kündigen. Bei ausgeglichenem Saldo ist die Kündigung auch telefonisch möglich.
