## Constellation for UAGC Description
All the benefits of Constellation are available to you on the University of Arizona Global Campus Constellation iOS app (previously known as Constellation for Ashford). Constellation is a suite of highly engaging course materials designed to help you master the instructional goals of the University of Arizona Global Campus degree programs, and these materials are custom-created specifically to support Global Campus’s curriculum. The Constellation App is free to any Global Campus students and faculty.

Features

HIGHLIGHT WHAT’S IMPORTANT
Use our one-touch highlighting to easily emphasize key points. Many students find that highlighting text helps them to concentrate and enhances their understanding.

TAKE NOTES
Add a quick, one-touch note to write any question or comment that comes to mind. Add a note to respond to what you’ve read and help you remember and better understand the content.

NOTEBOOK
You spend lots of time highlighting and creating notes. Use the Notebook to quickly access them.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
No need to swipe through the text looking for a special section to read. Use the Table of Contents to navigate directly to another chapter or section.

SEARCH
Looking for a specific topic to discuss in your course, or for a paper you’re writing? Use our handy search feature to quickly locate the material that will help you complete your assignments.

KNOWLEDGE CHECK
Check your knowledge with assessments (select books only)
With the Knowledge Check, you can identify your learning gaps and pinpoint sections you need to focus on to master the course material. Before reading a chapter, take a pre-test to determine what you already know. Once you’ve read the chapter, take a post-test to gauge your understanding. You’ll get recommended sections to read based on what you don’t yet understand. The chapter review guide shows your proficiency against the learning outcomes for that chapter.

LAST READ SECTION
Have to stop reading to take care of something else? No worries! Constellation for iOS will automatically open to where you left off.

SYNC
We know you’ll probably use Constellation on the web sometimes, so we made sure to take care of syncing the highlights and notes between the web and your iOS device. All your notes and highlights will be available to you whether you access Constellation on the web or your iOS device.

Requirements

In order to download or sync your Constellation materials, you must have Wi-Fi or 3G access. Once the material is downloaded, you can access it, regardless of your connection.

## Constellation for UAGC Reviews in United States

### *---- "Almost never works"
This app is required for texts for my coursework via UAGC, yet it almost never works. It always states I have to log in again and cannot authenticate me. Books won’t download. This is not a way to run a college that is completely based online. Please fix this UAGC
-- Bullseye chaser, 2026-01-08

### ***-- "Please add a dark mode option"
Title says it all. I enjoy the app and it works pretty well in my experience however adding dark mode would make this app an easy 4-5 stars.
-- phillydakidd, 2024-07-03

### ***-- "Could be better"
Would be better if app offered audio option.
-- YelLee, 2022-10-07

### *---- "Crashing"
The app wasn’t great to begin with but now it crashes each time I try to open it and login.
-- Bl0nd1e33, 2021-10-25

### *---- "New User"
I downloaded this app in hopes to have access to my book materials, but I’m unable to navigate the app what so ever. Once I log into the app it states that I have no downloads available. If I wanted to attempt to fix this I can’t because there is no bar or tab that is available. It only provides me with a logout, tutorial, and contact us option/s.
-- VictoriaD989, 2021-03-27

### ***-- "Videos"
The app isn’t bad. They recently fix the bottom bar to be viewable however, when there is a video i can never access it from my iPad
-- Brit420Ok, 2020-05-19

### *---- "Terrible"
Part of the beauty of being enrolled in an online program is the ability to have flexibility in the avenues available to complete work. That beauty is disrupted when those avenues are constantly disrupted by an application offered that just cannot get it right. After dealing with the madness of not being interfaced to work with Dark Mode on iOS for literal months, now the application is closing immediately upon opening. This is terrible.
-- mlass90, 2020-03-06

### **--- "Navigation problems"
The bottom bar is now almost impossible to see the nav icons, which makes it really frustrating to move about the text. You can’t see exactly where to touch to begin a search, and navigating search results is also difficult. It didn’t used to be this hard, so I feel REALLY bad for anyone new to the platform. I know there is a button for that, and I can tap around until I get it right, but if I didn’t know, what would I do? It has also become so difficult to turn pages that if I can’t catch it right the first time, I open the menu to get to the next section. Did I mention how you can’t see the nav icons at the bottom? Right, so THAT is also not as easy as it should be.
-- CLWG1340, 2020-01-30

### *---- "Toolbar is not visible"
Where is the toolbar?
I can not navigate the app/book.
Preventing me from being able to read on my brand new iPhone.
Will not recommend.
Poor design.
-- ShawnO097664433, 2020-01-25

### ***-- "New user"
For every problem I discover wrong with this app I will deduct a star. My problems right now is this app is so hypersensitive! With the slightest touch words get highlighted and it’s aggravating. I don’t have the greatest of eye sight so I have to zoom in due to the letters being so small. I have to scroll side to side to read the text and due to the app having a swipe feature if I scroll to hard or fast it will either go back a page or go forward a page. When I go back to my page I’ve lost my place! I did online schooling at another school (Penn Foster) and their system was so much better. Easy it didn’t have the swipe feature, highlighting was easy (and had an array of colors), you could underline words or sentences, highlight a word for the definition, and zoom in and out no problems. Their app actually had a good rating unlike any of Ashford apps. Maybe you guys should check out their system and what their doing right.
