Its aim is to improve the health of insured members and their dependents while reducing insurance plan costs. Its approach focuses on lifestyle changes, whether related to mental or physical health or to medication use. The program is offered to members of most insurance plans and their dependents. However, the R3 plans (RC3, RE3, RF3, RL3, RM3, and RT3) and the Z plan are excluded.
