## Consumer Protection Lebanon Description
This application is presented by the Consumer Protection Directorate (CPD) in the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade (MOET). It is intended for users in the Lebanese market exclusively.
The application is available in three languages: Arabic, English and French in order to enable a wider coverage of the local market for Lebanese and foreign consumers.
This application aims to enhance communication between CPD and local consumers. It allows them to ask for information, send and follow complaints on one hand, and on the other hand, it provides users with prompt notifications about decisions, events and achievements made by CPD to boost confidence between the two parties.

Cette application vous est présentée par la Direction de la Protection des Consommateurs (DPC) au sein du Ministère Libanais de l'Economie et du Commerce. Il est destiné aux utilisateurs sur le marché libanais exclusivement. 
L'application est disponible en trois langues: arabe, français et en anglais afin de permettre une plus large couverture du marché local pour les consommateurs libanais et étrangers. 
Cette application vise à améliorer la communication entre la DPC et les consommateurs locaux. Il leur permet de demander des informations, d’envoyer et suivre les plaintes d'une part, et d'autre part, il fournit aux utilisateurs des notifications rapides sur les décisions, les événements et les réalisations de la DPCafin de renforcer la confiance entre les deux parties.

هذا التطبيق مقدم لكم من قبل مديرية حماية المستهلك في وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة اللبنانية وهو موجه حصراً للمستخدمين في السوق اللبنانية.
التطبيق متوفر بثلاث لغات: العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية وذلك لتأمين تغطية أوسع في السوق المحلية للمستهلكين اللبنانيين والأجانب .
يهدف هذا التطبيق إلى تعزيز التواصل بين المديرية والمستهلكين المحليين، حيث يسمح لهم بالحصول على المعلومات وإرسال شكاوى و متابعتها من جهة، و من جهة أخرى يتيح للمديرية تزويد المستخدمين بالقرارات التي تصدرها و الإنجازات والنشاطات التي تقوم بها، مما يعزز الثقة بين الطرفين.
