Ich bin von der App begeistert. Einfache schnelle Bedienung. Für mich absolut ausreichende Funktionen. Ich kein meine Aufgaben optimal organisieren. Der gleichzeitige Betrieb auf allen Apple Geräten ist sehr gut. Ich manage aktuell 3800 Kontakte. Gelegentlich stürzt die App dann mal ab. Das ärgert mich nicht weiter, denn es gingen bisher keine Daten verloren und die App ist sofort wieder startklar. Absolute Empfehlung Optimierungsvordchläge: Auch auf der PC Version sollte es möglich sein Dokumente mit Speicherrn unter an einen Kontakt oder an eine Aufgabe zu hängen. Auswertungen der Kontakte in der Vergangenheit als Erfolgskontrolle. ZB wieviele Kontakte nach den verschiedenen Kontaktarten sowie natürlich generierte Aufträge.
Besonderes Lob an die Servicehotline. Hier wird alles getan, um einen zufriedenen Kunden zu haben

ich bin so der 4/5 sterne typ. 1+ ? wus? 15 punkte? gibts nicht! es muss ja noch platz nach oben sein, denn irgendwann ist, hoffentlich, jemand besser. dh 2+ od 13 pkt od 91%, kann man machen … einige von euch kennen das event. noch von ihren lehrern. ich sag nicht das andere das so sehen müssen, nur das ich so drauf bin / so ticke.

Ich halte diese App für eine sehr gute und zeitgemäße Verknüpfung von Kontaktdaten mit übersichtlicher Oberfläche und komfortabler Bedienung, im privaten und auch im geschäftlichen Bereich. Auch der gute Support der Entwickler hat mich überzeugt. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine durch den Nutzer mögliche Veränderung des Schriftgrades. Diese ist laut Auskunft der Hersteller geplant. Klare Empfehlung...Ich nutze diese App jetzt schon länger: absolut zuverlässig, stabil und immer besser-klare Empfehlung.

Weitgehend empfehlenswert 👏🏼Kleine Bugs hier und da, aber regelmäßige Updates. Für kleine Einzelunternehmen, denen die großen Aps mit Abomodel zu komplex sind ist das hier eine interessante Möglichkeit sich zu orientieren.

### ****- "Nach Update: keine Verlinkung der Adresse mehr"
Nachtrag: langes Drücken auf die Map öffnet das Content-Menü. Muss man auch erstmal drauf kommen. 
Warum gibt es keine Verlinkung mehr zu Apple Maps oder Google Maps mehr. Ich nutze die Funktion aus den Journal Kontakten heraus um zum nächsten Kunden zu fahren. Jetzt muss ich umständlich aus den Telefonkontakten die Adresse kopieren.

works so far, very recommended even it's far away from being perfect. I'm just starting to work with it. For the contact search they should add two or three buttons on the top which could be assigned to any filter the user use the most. The addition of pictures for contacts is extremely complicated, pictures from Google contacts or Apple contacts will rarely imported, I have no idea why. The pictures on the contact overview and on all views are extremely , unnecessary small even the page have enough place for a larger view.

I consider this app as the best call organization app I have seen by now.
I was maybe checking about five different apps, which are really horrible for today’s workflows.
This app has convinced me by 95%.
The only things bothering me are
- Synchronizing the contacts with the iPhone.
There is no function to trigger update manually.
Hence the contacts are not 100% like in iPhone.
And I’m not really sure if all changes you’re making your iPhone contacts are synchronized correctly.
- Handling of the newer, Thai and Lange Spanish not perfect person calendars used
That could be made more flexible by parameterizing  a specific calendar.

Overall, it is a good app.

Hervorragendes CRM mit hoher Funktionalität, arbeite sehr gern mit diesem Kundenmanagement-System, optimal bei hoher Mobilität. Ich setzte mittlerweile alle Telefonate und Emails von der App ab. Diese sammeln sich in den Logs und es lassen sich zeitgleich alle relevanten Informationen notieren oder speichern, Vertragsunterlagen und andere Dokumente in den „Files“ speichern. Optimale Terminvorbereitung: ich bin nie mehr ohne Information beim Kunden. Schriftverkehr, Bilder, Emails und Dokumente alles an seinem Platz. Verknüpfungen von Kundengruppen und deren gemeinsame, geschlossene Suche läßt sich durch das individuelle Anlegen von „Fields“ sehr leicht organisieren. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch das „Regionale Kontakte Widget“ dieses zeigt mir an meinem momentanen Standort meine Kontakte in der Nähe an. >Genial!!
Mit Zugriff auf alle Datein-Apps und Cloud-Dateien ist die Dateiverwaltung blitzschnell und kinderleicht erledigt. Die englische Version ist vollkommen ok, ein Sahnehäubchen wäre aber die deutsche Version. Ich empfehle diese App mit mehr als 5* - ;-).

Die Kontakte werden nur nach und nach aus der normalen Kontaktliste übernommen. Das ist nicht immer gut.. Nach Manuela Eingabe allerdings alles so wie man sich eine kleine CRM wünscht.

### ***** "Kann mehr, als ich zuerst angenommen hatte"
Contact Journal ist ein nettes, kompaktes Tool, das seine Leistung zu verstecken weiß. Je mehr man sich damit befasst, desto mehr staunt man, was alles damit geht. Und es funktioniert richtig gut, ist schnell, ohne Ballast aber mit (fast) allen mir wichtigen Funktionen und dies noch zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Hervorragend ist auch der Service, der einem gute Hilfestellung gibt. Aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung muss man einen Tag auf die Antwort warten - was aber immer noch zeitnah ist. 
Nun konkret: Was kann es? Es kann die Adressen ohne Probleme aus Kontakte einlesen und auf Wunsch synchronisieren. Es war nicht ganz einfach, aber es gelang auch CSV Daten einzulesen. Man kann beliebige eigene Felder anlegen auch mit Auswahlisten, super. Zur Zeit können die Listen noch keine Mehrfeldauswahl - was schade ist. Aber der Support hat zugesagt, dass dies demnächst noch geändert wird. Dann wäre es perfekt. CJ arbeitet mit Tags, einfach und effektiv. Es besitzt eine automatische Historie. Es kann vernünftig mit Unternehmen arbeiten und alle zugehörigen Mitarbeiter anzeigen - so mag ich es. 
Es kann Termine, ToDos und alle Dokumente zum Kontakt ablegen. Es kann Emails und ganz wichtig Gruppenemails senden- mit automatisch Historieneintrag. Toll. Stark ist auch - was ich aber weniger brauche - das Routingtool für Kundenbesuche. 
Was ich vermisse? 1. Die Mehrfeldauswahl in den Listenfeldern. 2. Das sofortige Abspeichern von Emails aus Mail heraus. Zur Zeit muss man den Umweg machen und aus der Mail eine eml-Datei erstellen. Lästig. 
Aber wenn das Team dies noch ändert, wäre es perfekt. Übrigens, die Synchronisierung über iCloud läuft auch tadellos. Super CRM für Vertriebler, die unkompliziert viele Kundendaten pflegen wollen und Ordnung mögen. Sehr gut strukturiert und gut durchdacht- das ist die Stärke von CJ.
