ошибка и долгая загрузка подключения к инстаграм, что делает приложение абсолютно бесполезным. Подписка не исправляет проблему)

Проблемы с подключением инстаграма. - при вводе верного пароля говорит, что он не верный Подключила без логина и пароля, спустя несколько дней он вылетел, при повторном подключении пишет «приватные аккаунты не поддерживаются»- профиль не приватный. Платная версия. Что делать? Перезагружала, переустанавливала
Не понимаю, как вернуть деньги
Здравствуйте! Я купила годовую подписку и поняла, что мне не нужно ваше приложение. Как я могу отменить подписку и вернуть средства за месяцы, которыми я не буду пользоваться?
Не открывается
Скачала приложение, открываются ознакомительные страницы (создайте дизайн ленты, автопостинг и тд), затем в конце пишет подготовка данных для входа подождите, пожалуйста. Прошел целый вечер, а оно все не открылось. В чем дело?
Обновление
Зачем вы расширили размер фото в сетке? Как будто вся лента состоит из обложек рилс. Теперь искажены изображения. Буду искать новое приложение где формат сохранился 4:3
не сбросить пароль
после обновления вылетел профиль при попытке сбросить пароль (не помню его), приложение пишет, что отправило письмо с ссылкой сброса на почту, но проблема в том, что письма нет. и в папке спам тоже. соответственно в приложение не зайти, пришлось перейти на другой планер, хотя этим была довольна.

По рекомендации купила годовую подписку для 2 аккаунтов. Работой сервиса не довольна. Интерфейс удобный, но! Почти весь нужный функционал только при платной версии. Она у меня есть, а вот ни одной функции от этого платного тарифа нет. Обращалась неоднократно в службу поддержки, мой вопрос за 2 месяца так и решили. При корректной интеграции с иг и фб, сервис выдает ошибку

Как использовать платную версию на втором устройстве? Установлено на оба. Работает только с айпад с которого была произведена оплата.

У вас крутое приложение, очень удобно визуально, автопостинг вообще пушка. Спасибо огромное за вашу работу! Веду много аккаунтов одного бренда и очень не хватает чтобы можно было добавляя пост сразу добавить его в несколько аккаунтов, а не заходить в каждый и подгружать там и копипастить описание. Было бы круто чтобы была возможность отметить сразу в какие еще проекты его подгрузить и он бы добавился в нужных аккаунтах как новый. А уже там менять даты постинга и прочие нюансы. Еще очень не хватает добавления кнопок, стикеров и ссылок прям на историю, тк все равно приходиться в большинстве случаев постить вручную. Но я так полагаю это пока невозможно технически. Но если когда-то вы сумеете это осуществить - то круче будет просто некуда)) Желаю вам успехов и развития!
Перестало работать
Не прогружает ленту и соответственно новые посты. Как планировать теперь ленту - не ясно. Работаю всегда через впн, но приложение не хочет
