I am switching to competitor after 21 years with contour. Can not even do a graph or print out. I downloaded it, started working fine, then this evening, it started asking for access to Apple health. However, it crams the request and permission buttons on the top 20% on my iPad screen. So I can’t click, yes, no nothing. Nor can I access my data, which is the whole point of the app. I have tried closing and restarting the app, and nothing changes, I just end up in the same buggy screen with no access to my data. I'm looking at a page that doesn't function at all. I called the company and left them a message but nobody called me back. I tried several different ways of connecting my metre with the app including scanning the QR code and also registering with the webpage but nothing. It has all just been a waste of time. I highly recommend you get rid of this junkie system and go with the Verio one touch which is so intuitive I didn't even have to read the manual to know how to use it and I've never done any of this before. The metre connected to the app instantly without me having to go through any hoops the equipment is far superior and simpler to use and my overall experience was that Verio was a far superior system than the contour product I am now in possession of.
