I had no idea what was good for me or not. With the Contour Next and this app you can check how individual foods/meals and exercise affect your blood glucose level, then make notes or take photos of your meal or activity so you can check back on what rises your glucose level the most. With this app I have managed to get back to a healthy blood glucose level after 2 weeks.
