How completely frustrating to not be able to completely clear/reset old data locked into the app. The only info I found was on the app website, which indicates press and hold on the reading until “delete” shows up. Unless you are on an Apple device, then allegedly you can swipe left on the reading. Does not work at all. With tons of readings, I do not (even if it worked which it does not) want to have to delete one at a time. I want a clear all reset. It is as if the app is holding my data hostage. I have a right to clear and manage my own data.

This app worked wonderfully for years but recently I get error 125 and my reading doesn’t sync. I can’t find anything about this error code. Is this product no longer supported?

But it is hit or miss. Mostly miss. It will work well for a while the it will stop updating to apple health. It is supposed to be a tool but it is a constant frustration.

Very random when it will sync to health ap. Graphing is poor.

Recently diagnosed with cancer and now needing to use tests strips several times a day. The biggest issue is syncing. I have iPad and IPhone. Had to remove the app and reinstall on the iPad since it didn’t work after a year or two without using the app. I could not pair. To sync the contour, turn off Bluetooth on the iPhone and then pair the contour to the iPad. After the new pairing it started to work, however, may take over an hour+ for syncing from the cloud. When pairing only have one device connected to Bluetooth. Short comings, cannot force a sync. At one time I found it in one of the menus but no longer. With more than one smart device, both devices must be paired to the contour. Your account and device number connects the device data in the cloud. You can have multiple contours on one account.

I wish I had found this app years ago. I had mySugar app but this app does what I need and it’s free.

I used this app and meter for years, but now get an error every time I log in and it won't sync. Seriously looking for alternatives now.

I tried multiple times to sync my Contour Next meter and it never connected. I opened MySugr and it connected easily on the first try. So the app is rather pointless. Given updates only seem to occur every 6-12 months, I’ll probably delete this one. I love the meter itself though.

This is a great tool for me to keep track of my readings and the times taken. I haven’t used the food part I don’t understand it. But overall I like it. I can show it to my doctor for a record.
