Know where to look. Find aircraft nearby, follow a journey and keep the sky a glance away. Start free, with no account and no ads. WATCH THE SKY Watch the Sky shows an aircraft near your saved place, its distance, direction and how high to look. No need to open the app just to find out what is overhead. Watch aircraft near home, or see your next saved flight with its gate and departure time. On iPhone, choose a rectangular widget or a compact line to check the sky with a glance. Sky widgets are free. Readings update periodically; open Contrail for live tracking. Lock Screen widgets are available on iPhone. EXPLORE CONTRAIL Live map & trails Follow aircraft across the map. Filter by airline, aircraft type or flight phase, and explore their recent tracks. Flight details See available routes, altitude, speed, aircraft photos and registration. Check the age of the latest position. My Flights Save a flight by number and date. Follow its status, gate, delays and the aircraft operating the inbound journey. Search & airport boards Find flights, registrations and airports. Browse available arrivals, departures, gates and local airport times. Passport Keep past journeys, maps and travel statistics. Import and export CSV from Flighty, Flightradar24 and OpenFlights. iCloud logbook sync is available on iOS. Weather & airspace Explore airport weather, METAR observations, aurora forecasts and glider activity. Pro adds selected weather and airspace layers. CONTRAIL PRO (OPTIONAL) Contrail Pro adds alerts, watchlists and more ways to explore. Check current plans, prices and any eligible trial in the app. Flight alerts: Choose notifications for detected gate changes, delays, departures, arrivals and baggage updates. Live Activities · iOS: Keep one journey on your Lock Screen and, on supported iPhones, in the Dynamic Island. Discover & watchlists: Explore military, government and other notable aircraft. Get alerts when activity is detected for aircraft you follow. Flight Cinema: Replay supported past flights in 3D. Explore the timeline and camera views; some routes are reconstructed or incomplete. Specialist map layers: Explore SIGMET hazards, UK military airspace, holding patterns, activity corridors and the gliders-only filter. Watch the Sky, basic tracking, Passport CSV import/export and emergency-squawk alerts remain free. A sky widget and a Pro Live Activity serve different purposes. Coverage, timetables and aircraft details depend on the available data. Contrail is for exploration, not flight navigation. Kjempe bra! -- Ludrio, 2026-04-19 ### ***** "Erik" Supert initiativ, derfor tommel opp fra meg. Fortsatt noen bugs, men disse forsvinner nok fortløpende -- Ebola2782, 2026-03-31 ### ***** "Just what you need" Just down to business what you need in a flight tracker! No adds, no fuzz, just pure love for aviation! 💖 -- Desperationraft, 2026-03-31 ### ***** "Mats" Veldig bra app! Så opp flightradar 24 med en gang🙂 -- Yoodez, 2026-03-30 ### ***** "Å" Meget enkel og grei flight tracker. Deilig å ha reklamefri -- Jan Runar Eliassen, 2026-03-30 ### ***** "Clean flighttracker" Clean looking with all the necessary information -- AndersHyun, 2026-03-30 ### ***** "Jacob" Easy, clean, quick! Just brilliant, lovely flight tracker -- Lazzen90, 2026-03-29 [View all Contrail reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Contrail In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Contrail Pro Monthly | 49.00 r | | Buy me a coffee | 29.00 r | | Keep the servers running | 59.00 r | | I love this app | 149.00 r | | Contrail Pro Weekly | 29.00 r | | Contrail Pro Yearly | 399.00 r | ## Apps Similar to Contrail - [Här och där](https://apptail.io/app/har-och-dar-Yceh/norway) - [Här och där+ (offline-kartor)](https://apptail.io/app/har-och-dar-offline-kartor-tIii/norway) - [Parkering i Lillestrøm](https://apptail.io/app/parkering-i-lillestrom-vswo/norway) - [Pilot Logbook - Logger](https://apptail.io/app/pilot-logbook-logger-vRsp/norway) - [TopSky-UAS Avinor](https://apptail.io/app/topsky-uas-avinor-Riuv/norway) - [TripWaffle](https://apptail.io/app/tripwaffle-amFy/norway) - [Autodash](https://apptail.io/app/autodash-Xcdz/norway) - [TryggeVeier](https://apptail.io/app/tryggeveier-Ubjz/norway) - [ADSB Tracker Live](https://apptail.io/app/adsb-tracker-live-ivHz/norway) - [Tailvision by ADS-B Exchange](https://apptail.io/app/tailvision-by-ads-b-exchange-cKpB/norway) ## Contrail Available In - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/norway) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/united-kingdom) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/new-zealand) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/canada) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/sweden) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/germany) - [Honduras](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/honduras) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/ireland) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/india) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/cayman-islands) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/luxembourg) - [Mauritius](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/mauritius) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/malaysia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/netherlands) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/panama) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/saudi-arabia) - [Uruguay](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/uruguay) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/venezuela) - [British Virgin Islands](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/british-virgin-islands) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/south-africa) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/bulgaria) - [Botswana](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/botswana) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/denmark) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/algeria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/egypt) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/contrail-live-flight-tracker-Ygbz/greece) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
