New version 3.3.0 was working but not anymore. It’s says gateway offline. What does that mean the same as it use to say when the “server down”. This new version is worst then the first. Please bring back the old one or at least let us choose.

Looks like the issue with controls were fixed.

The app has connected to my spa but crashes and shuts down if I tap on the temperature up or down arrow. That’s the bad news. The good news is that I can remotely set a schedule which should achieve what I wanted. Hopefully they’ll get the bugs worked out in the next version.

Since this last update, the app won’t communicate with the spa AT ALL. It will register what I set at the spa’s panel only when the pump is running. But I cannot do anything at all from my phone to the spa. Awful! Fix it, please!

My no longer responds to commands from the app since version 3.3.0. Please revert the app so my spa will function correctly again.

Will not control the hot tub.

The app was working fine. Setup schedules, was able to control the jets and lights, update the spa clock. But when the app was recently updated to version 3.3.0 I’ve lost the ability to control any of these things. It just displays the current status and trying to turn on jets just says “update in progress” and nothing happens. Stay away from this update if your CMS is working. I’m hoping for a quick bug fix update asap.

Take a bad app and make it worse. You can’t write comedy like this. When the spa is in rest mode it simply will not update now. At least the old version did that. Can’t manually turn on the circ pump either. Zero stars.

The recent update made it to where my ‘sent’ commands don’t actually do anything. I change the set temperature in the app and it does nothing now. I send a command to turn the pump or lights on, and it does nothing. It is talking to the hot tub as any changes I make on the tub itself register on the app. This makes it useless except for just monitoring things. Please fix!

Somehow, this company has been able to make possibly the worst app on the entire App Store, worse. It’s always been flaky and unreliable, but since this update, I’m not able to change my filter cycle from the app. It says it saves, but it never saves changes that are made. I found this out the hard way when I noticed my cycle was not running when I thought I had extended it. On the plus side they must’ve done some heavy user experience testing because the temperature change control is actually usable now. Nicely done there, but unfortunately, they broke other previously-working functionality. So congrats, worst developer ever. You’ve hit a new low.
