Just use safari

It’s so confusing and I don’t understand anything just use safari it’s so much easier

Confusing

This app is very confusing and is in Japanese I can’t understand anything and in the home or menu I don’t know what it isIt’s also in Japanese so you can’t really understand anything I feel like this would be a great app if they fixed it but overall I would just use Safari or Google to go to the CONVERSE website so much better than this.

Just go on safari or google and go to the website

It’s much easier if you just go the the website bc you know what it says and it’s set up better on the website site bc the app is so confusing and idk why there are a home page a shop list and a online shop they are basically the same just they have 3 different slides for it this app needs a update and if they do then I’m sure they will make it more accessible to other countries so we can read what it is saying

DO NOT SPEAK NOR READ the language!

It probably looses customers for the plain reason that it read's Japanese. Don't get me wrong I love there products BUT I want to sign up to where so understand what I am signing on

Only in Japanese….

Is not in English folks. I totally understand but I can’t use it if they can provide the language most speak. Is easy to allow languages in one single app, get it together converse.

App is Discriminating

This is sad converse was originally an American brand now this , they don’t bother to make app English also it can be clearly made in English , I originally downloaded the app to buy my first pair of converse but I no longer want the brand when it isn’t American made I’ll look for the Originals myself Americans need to stop adapting to their culture and stand up and Remember our Freedom . It’s Obvious they want to brainwash our culture this coming from a 20 year old girl Be Smarter Ppl!

Why?

When I first downloaded the app it was in English but now its in Japanese. When you use translate, it doesn’t go from page to page and still doesn’t translate everything. It was a great app but not anymore. Please change it to where it’s user friendly for everyone.
