The easiest unit converter in the App Store is back and better than ever!

Converter helps you with the mess of units you encounter in your everyday life. Convert from feet to yards to meters to miles with only a few taps. Converter handles 76 measurement units of eight common types, including length, weight, temperature, speed, data, volume (including common cooking units like teaspoons), area, and time. And you can subscribe to our daily exchange rates to add support for 161 currencies.*

Converter is designed for easy, casual use, with big, beautiful displays that are usable in all light conditions and at arm's length. And it includes a four-function calculator for those times when you have twelve three-pound widgets and you need the kilogram equivalent.

* An optional Latest Exchange Rates subscription unlocks the currency converter and provides daily exchange rate updates for one year. Subscriptions are auto-renewing and are charged to your iTunes account. Your first year will be charged as soon as you subscribe; subsequent years will be charged up to 24 hours before the previous period expires. You can cancel at any time through the "Manage Subscriptions" button in Converter's About screen or your iTunes account's settings. Clean , simple no nonsense.  
Just wish you could stay on one screen to scroll through conversion options while viewing results on the fly.  For example: since there is so much space (read uncluttered- I like) it would be nice to spin through say Inch/Foot/Yard etc. while staying on results screen.   If it had this it would be a perfect app.

I continue to get an error that currency rates have not been updated in almost a year.  Something wrong with the server.  No technical support.  Subscription is worthless.  Otherwise I like how the app functions.  But not worth paying for.

There is a purchase option for the currency conversion. If you buy it, you just get a message that the data is 2182 days old and that the server is busy (permanently). AVOID THE PAY OPTION.
