- Search function will pull up matching results in real-time as you type name or number.
- Hang Up button with two options: Hang up on the other caller and keep the interpreter, or end the connection altogether.
- Accessibility settings for sharper interface, zoomed in or out video, and button positioning.
- Voice Carry Over function for people who prefer to speak during VRS calls.
- Two-way messages function with your interpreter during VRS calls.
- Deaf Ecosystem Directory of over 800 listings of Deaf-owned businesses, Deaf professionals, and organizations and schools for the Deaf.
- Direct VRS Español for Spanish-speaking family and friends with no transfers.
- 911 button easily accessed in case of emergencies.
- Contact list that can be sorted by A-Z or Z-A, and using first or last name.

In past this app is operationally fine and no issues until lately….. calls wont get through. Vp to vp no longer able to connect. Last update from them is 12/13/2021……… i am assuming this company is no longer supported or in operation.

Concern with your system comprised cuz I received scam with all info like yours. How did scam got my email. You have my email listed that are new and not often using it.

I am going to close both Convo cuz of this. They didn’t call back after I missed. At first they closed ticket immediately when they didn’t talk with me. 

I missed their call about this? 

I don’t feel safe with your system cuz of scam email I received..

It just loads and loads... and then I came to the app store page to see this hasn't been updated in two years! Will be switching to another provider.

It never, ever works. I can’t even make calls from my phone anymore. This app works only half of the time on my laptop. Useless.

I like how they include the Deaf ecosystem links in their app, plus have a number searching feature in both their desktop and mobile apps, unlike the other two VRS companies’ apps. Signing up was so easy & quick, even giving you the opportunity to pick out your number before fully submitting your registration withOUT going through their customer service. 

Interpreter wait times are the shortest with this service. I am effortlessly able to verify my Convo number with services that verify by phone call. 

There are three features I wish Convo had:
1) Companion app equivalent to Purple/Z’s Sivo or Sorenson’s Wavello so that non-signers can have interpreted video calls with me withOUT requiring me to dial around to the other two companies
2) Personalized greetings for videomail
3) Willingness to issue point-to-point only VP numbers to ASL-fluent hearing individuals without speech disabilities that would qualify them to use VRS interpretation services. Despite being the first to acknowledge that FCC rules allow for hearing signers to be issued VP numbers, they still refuse to do this.

This app hasn’t updated security features in a very long time. It’s causing a headache wondering when the app will finally have issues and it did. Am now switching to different VRS provider because of this careless move. Do not download this until this app stuff is up to date.

For the past 4 years, the app stopped functioning normally and despite the numerous reports I sent, it hasn’t been improved. I’ve gone through a few different devices and the same issue persists across all devices (desktop Mac, iPhone, iPad). At this point, it’s evident Convo is not really interested in actually providing a quality app for its consumers.
