### *---- "It doesn’t work at all!!!!!"
Saw this commercial on Instagram bought two of them. Waited almost a month. Finally received it today. Tried everything. does not work at all.Shows no storage of this device at all. Couldn’t transfer anything 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻and they never allowed me to return them! They don’t provide any customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

### *---- "Just once"
It only worked once. I’ve been having trouble ever since. It won’t let me transfer anymore pictures or videos. Even creating a new file, everything fails. I’ve tried to restart everything. Nothing works.
-- Vilfr, 2026-09-07

### *---- "Horrible app"
Don’t use this the app freezes and will loose all data
-- Zee as zee, 2026-09-04

### *---- "Don’t get"
Worked a little bit the first few hours and now, whatever showed as transferred was no longer on the drive so I lost those memories. And no matter how much I delete and redownload the app it will not connect.
-- Benjifloat36, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Flash drive"
Started nicely was honestly happy for how it was working but when I went to move more photos everything I had on it was gone even went to Walmart to see if they were there and weren't would have been an amazing one if it didn't randomly delete all my stuff luckily had everything still in my iPhone trash and recovered everything

### *---- "Don’t Buy This Disk"
It worked when I first got it. But a year later the no longer gets recognized by this app. I tried reaching out to their support to no avail. Don’t waste your time!
-- Robherrera717, 2026-02-19

### *---- "Don’t use it"
Used this to clear up space on my phone and it was working perfectly until a few weeks later when it suddenly stopped working. It no longer connects to the drive and I can no longer get to the videos I already transferred from my phone. The drive won’t even connect to my computer now. Unless I can find another way to open it all those transferred files are now gone.
