CookBook - Recipe Manager

Cooking is my passion. This app lets me download from Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. No more rewriting recipes. Also love the tags for easy searching. The meal planning option is nice. Wish you could repeat weeks (hint hint nudge nudge). Grocery lists are wonderful as well particularly use this in the holiday season when I make lots of different things !

Why change something that works?? The new format is no longer user friendly. Bring back the old version PLEASE!!

Does everything I need it to do! I use it almost everyday. I did have an issue when I first bought my newest pixel phone the other day. The service people there got in touch with me right away. I was very impressed. In the end all it was, was my phone needed to be updated. I love the newest version of your cookbook! Aholitzki

I’ve used this app for 6 or 7 years and loved it. It was so easy to use and import recipes into. The latest update in July 2025 has been awful and continuously crashes, sometimes 3 times during the use of 1 recipe. When it crashes as I add a new recipe I can end up with 2 copies of the same recipe but with different measurements as it keeps changing my main default setting for metric which it never used to do. I feel I can’t trust the measurements of my own recipes. It seems like this update was released before all the bugs were worked out.

I’ve a user of the old version, and am full of praises for it. I am however very disappointed in this newer version. In fact,if I could have the old version back, that would make me happy. I don’t know why, anyone would find this new version better.

The app was great until the recent complete redesign. Why mess with a good thing? Now a previously almost seamless process is buggy, a clean interface that worked well with font size changes is messy and hard to read. I suppose this is to justify the change to a subscription model but the app is so much worse than it was.

Have had this app for a number of years and was one of the cleanest easy to use apps around. With the new UI and the ability to import recipes from the various social media apps, game changer. So much easier! 11/10.

This is, by far, the best way to store recipes! Not only is it dead easy to import recipes from the internet (I love the last update that provided this feature!) and it’s just as easy to add your own! I love the categorization ability and the planner feature. Well, actually I love all the features this app provides!!!

Constantly ask if I want to allow more deny paste option. Has 1. Beside everything can’t seem to get rid of it.

The main photo in my recipe on iPhone is sometimes blurry. Could you use AI or another method to improve this? Thank you!
