## Cookie Cutters Reviews in United States

### *---- "Non working app"
They say to sign up for loyalty rewards download the app but the app always says it’s no longer working. I come here often for my kids hair cuts and would love to earn rewards and save money if I can
-- MamaBear20199, 2025-11-22

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
None of the options work I can’t log in or see my profile or anything
-- McCain707, 2025-10-24

### ***** "GREAT"
Look this app so dope that I’ve been trying to do a deep dive into the company that created it. Lol 15 minutes out of my morning. This app is really good.
-- 1janisf, 2025-09-25

### *---- "Glitchy and rarely works"
My son loves going to cookie cutter to get his hair done. However, it is very difficult because making appointments and checking our time is only through the app. I have had to download an uninstall this app more times than I can even count. Even after that, I rarely can get through the app because it freezes.
-- Favorite Life Giving Podcast, 2025-08-23

### *---- "“This App is no Longer Available”"
I’ve been trying to set an appointment for several days. Each time I open the app, there’s an empty screen with the message “this app is no longer available.”
-- Nicole Smitty, 2025-02-11

### *---- "Garbage"
Even when it lets you sign in it’s awful. I booked two slots back to back two months out and it allowed someone else to come in later and book between my two bookings. Uninstall.
-- redpat2061, 2024-11-01

### *---- "So frustrating"
The app used to work but hasn’t for awhile now. So frustrating that I can’t book an appointment and I have to call to schedule. Makes me want to just book somewhere else that’s easier to book appointments instead of trying to have a conversation with my screaming kids in background.
-- JennEllen, 2024-09-21

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
I used to love using this app to make hair appointments for my kids. It was super easy to use. But now the app doesn’t work at all, just a blue line goes across the page and it says app is no longer available
-- RLS1215, 2024-07-07

### ****- "Pre-paid card"
The app won’t let me add a new card to see my balance.
-- Marykju, 2023-11-22

### *---- "It used to work"
It used to work but now it does not. A blue loading ball rolls across the screen but never actually loads. I was hoping an update would solve the issue but it has been like this for months.
