## Cookie Management Reviews in United States

### *---- "Need help"
I love the app but now it’s not working. I’ve tried resetting my password but I don’t get the link. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, nothing. I’ve tried contacting the developer, nothing. Please help.
-- Mari14v, 2025-05-02

### ****- "Cookie tracking app"
This app is great at tracking inventory, recording orders. And a lifesaver when dividing up booth sales. Note it does not talk to GS software like digital cookie or Smart Cookies. But for troop leveling tracking it’s awesome to be able to see live levels of inventory.
My only complaint about the app is that it does not allow families to make transfers girl to girl, only the TCM is able to initiate transfers. If this issue could be corrected by next season, this app would be five stars!

### *---- "App not working and developer’s site down"
I purchased this app and entered information. Now the app is not working and the developer’s website is down and there is no way to reach them. The app states, “An error occurred fetching your information from the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.” It has been like this for a couple of hours and my internet connection is fine. Makes me wonder are they phishing? How do we reach the developer to let him know his site is down and the app doesn’t work??

### ***** "1000% worth it!"
I do not buy apps, but after struggling with cookie season and balancing booths and things not balancing, I decided to try this app. It’s AMAZING. My full troop hasn’t completely converted but as the TCM this has been my life saver at cookie booth inventory tracking.
-- Lilacshadow, 2024-04-08

### ***** "We love this app"
The app comes in handy when out and about selling cookies and at booths. I’m so glad we can do a troop account for the booths. But we need to have email optional, not all our customers have an email and we can’t bypass it. It would be a lot easier with a credit card swipe.

### ***** "Amazing app and customer service"
I reached out to the app developer about a question I had and he responded back within 12 hours. This app has already made managing my daughter’s inventory so simple, I can easily see what we have in stock as we’re walking around the neighborhood. This is our first year and I feel like we are so efficient! GSA of NA you really should partner with the app developer on this. It’s absolutely amazing!
-- RachelADHDinthe303, 2023-02-06

### ***-- "Charged 3 times"
Downloaded the app this weekend. Noticed today I’ve been charged 3 times for it. Any idea how to get refunded for the other 2?
-- K lame, 2023-01-04

### ***** "Saves me"
This is my third season using this app and I happily pay $6 each season because it is worth every single penny. I am cookie manager to 2 troops and I can seamlessly switch between the 2 troops. I also use it to keep track of both of my daughters personal orders. The ABC app is so clunky and doesn’t make my life easier like this app does. I just input everything I need to into ABC at the end of the season from all the info I have stored here. Trust me it will save your life and keep you organized during this hectic time!
-- JMCGC, 2022-02-09

### ***** "Love this app"
This is my 5th year using the app and the updates keep getting better. I wish the app “talked” to Digital Cookie, but the benefits are amazing for inventory management and troop management.

### ***** "Great Girl Scout Cookie App"
Our troop of 12+ girls has used this app for 6 years now. We all love it and it is so simple and intuitive the girls can mostly use it by themselves to track orders and booths. They are now also using the app to reconcile cash, Square purchases and boxes of inventory after each booth with minimal adult help.

As a troop leader, I use it to track troop inventory, personal inventory/payments for each girl, as well as troop and MySale booths. The integration with Square is also awesome. The app even tracks customer history over time (if the data is entered), so girls can contact former customers. I am so confident in the app that I only enter 1 summary transaction into eBudde for each girl to close the season - a massive time saver!

If there are any minor bugs in a new app version, the developer usually responds within hours with an update. As new girls are added to the troop, the YouTube videos are very helpful and gets everyone trained very quickly.

I truly appreciate all of the hard work that has been put into this app over the years. There is simply no better way to manage your cookie season!
