Cooklist: Pantry Meals Recipes

I am really enjoying Cooklist because meal planning is less stressful. I can easily find a recipe to use whatever I have in my pantry. I can even plan out meals for longer than a week.

I’m very bad at remembering what I’ve bought and using ingredients before they go bad. After just a couple weeks using this app I already feel like I’m eating better and saving money.

This is the best home cooking tool I’ve ever seen. So many options and features. Bravo!

Please add the ability to import recipes from a pdf. Also, if you could add the ability to send the grocery list to reminders, that would make this app pretty much perfect for me.

Love this app so much ! Every recipe is super easy to follow. It gives you substitution option based on what is in your pantry. I love using this app when I run out of dinner ideas. I wish the yearly cost was a little cheaper but it’s definitely worth the price.

I love using Cooklist. The filter functionality is the reason I use this app over the other apps that I researched. It uses AI to help with adding recipes and to put them in one format, so sometimes the AI gets it wrong and occasionally it can be hard to edit the recipe to correct AI’s assumptions. Also, I wish I could set a standard grocery list and just add to it for my weekly shopping (which Plan A Meal has). I find myself tediously adding things every week that I should be able to set. But other than those 2 issues, this is great and has improved my life so much!

It does so much more than just keep an inventory of your pantry. From creating grocery lists and having it compare prices between different grocery stores in your region, importing receipts or directly linking grocery accounts, it makes meal prepping and budgeting so much easier. The UI and graphics are the best I’ve seen in comparison to other apps in the same category. Absolutely rave reviews! I’ve had the app for 10 months and use the free version for reference.

Never have to worry about what I am going to make for the family. So easy and guideful. I love this app. Always wanted a full guide and this is it. Cost effective but very much needed.

The app has many pros such as adding items to the pantry and grocery list. What I really WANT is for each grocery item to list which recipe they belong with. I often shop for more than one recipe at a time and can have overlapping ingredients. But if I decide not to but for one recipe I can't always tell which ingredients are still needed because they aren't identified. I like features of this app but unfortunately I may have to go back to a previous app I used if this doesn't change.
