For just the pantry tracker, grocery store integration, shopping app integration, and being able to just scan items quickly into my pantry, I’m happy with the subscription cost. On top of that, I’ve been able to practice more spontaneity in the kitchen with the “cook now” option when searching for recipes. I am used to making substitutions for 3+ allergies in most recipes. You can adjust settings between narrow and broader substitution recommendations that take your pantry into account. You don’t have to wait for something to be completely consumed to mark it off. I can show that I have half an onion left easily. The meal planning tool has a lot to offer with a pretty seamless interface between the meal plan tool and the other features. I’m not getting the most out of this yet but I’m also not on a set schedule right now. The “cook now” option is definitely my favorite feature! I’m already seeing less food waste.

I’m so glad I found this app! I cook and bake a lot, which means that I constantly forget which items are in my pantry. I found that I was buying way too much food because I couldn’t remember what ingredients I already had. Now, I know exactly what’s in my pantry. The shopping list feature makes shopping so easy. After I run out of an item, I can immediately add it to my shopping list. It’s also really to edit and see how much of a specific product I have left. Also, the receipt and barcode scanning tools are incredible! I am so so so grateful for this app.

Sometimes if you wait too long the app will fight with the server to undo recipe edits and meal plans, and a little buggy updating your pantry after you cook something. Seams not to grab main ingredients and lists other item to remove. Premium membership is okay for the easiest recipe searches. I still give 4 stars because of the inventory and expiration controls. I use the eat now option and get amazing dishes that I didn’t know I had.

It takes some time and effort to fully update your pantry items, but once it’s done, oh boy, is it fun to use! Love that I can finally know what I have on hand for planning and shopping. And I really like how I can filter recipes based on what’s in my pantry so I can use what I have and save money by not duplicating or letting items inadvertently spoiling. I have yet to import recipes into the app so hoping that is easy as well. It’s very easy now to update pantry quantities by importing my receipts and using the recipe mode. I would suggest that more tutorials are made to help with using the apps features. I had to join a Reddit group for help. Once I figured out how to do things, it was easy. But there is no where in the app to get that kind of help when you need it. I also would like to see a way of splitting a recipe over more than one meal. Example: I make a recipe for dinner that has 4 servings and only need 2. I would like to be able to add the remaining 2 servings to my plan for lunches that week. This is why I did not give the full 5 stars. I will update if these areas are enhanced.

Very good app but barely anything for non premium members

Learning about the app. A few features could be changed for ease of use but so far I’m enjoying the “cook now” feature and how it uses everything I have in my pantry to create dishes for nights when you don’t know what to do

They make you jump through a million hoops, create a login, choose local stores, add all the food in your pantry only to say you have a few day trial and will be charged $50 after that. Spent 20 mins setting up adding each item going through cabinet and fridge not knowing and they hide the subscription fee and hit you at the end! 😤😡

I love this app! But recently every time I get into it, I have to reconnect my Dillon’s account and about every other time my Sam’s account.

Everyone needs this app! I have reduced my food waste so much and all of the integrated features are awesome! I wish it would connect to other local grocery stores and Aldi, but it keeps me on track! The scan a recipe feature is incredible! If there was a way to select and import recipe from cookbooks I own I would love the app more than I already do!!!! So worth the annual fee!

I dont usually rate apps, but this has brought so much to the kitchen! Definitely worth the subscription!! A little time consuming to start, but time saving in the end. I can’t tell you how many times I used to be in the grocery store wondering if I have some ingredients at home. Money saver too if you take advantage of the expiration dates. Searching recipes based on what I have in my pantry is amazing! Highly recommend
