It is connected to a great database making it really easy to enter accurate data and get nutritional data in return. The interface is simple easy to use... The free version has a minimal advertisements and I hope that pays for development as I don't use this often enough to warrant or purchase. Can't say enough good things about this app.
Best nutrition-related app I've used, both the free version and premium subscription. Extremely detailed, highly customisable, it can be tailored to anyone's need, and it offers the best overview of micronutrients of all the nutrition apps I've used - they tend to focus on macronutrients. User interface is very nice and easy to use, the app itself is very simple to use but it also offers complex data. Easily see what nutrients you need on a daily basis, interesting graphs,. There's also a very neat feature where you can import recipes, and it'll calculate all the nutrients based on the ingredients you mix. This app has changed my health and diet and simplified the task of leveraging natural ingredients.
Cookmesh is a great way to see that even though you may eat lots of fruits and vegetables, you could always eat more! Reaching all your micros is not so easy. Being sure you have all your vitamins and minerals with the right balance of macros like fat and protein is challenging to do without an app like Cookmesh. Thanks to this tool I have been able to stay healthy and feel great, not to mention have fun experimenting with different regimes. Keep adding new and weird foods and diets Cookmesh!
