## Cook's Convertor Description
The famous Cook's Convertor is the most important kitchen convertor and timer App that any cooking enthusiast needs!

The Cook's Convertor is designed and tested for real-life by real cooks. It is one of the easiest, fastest, and most powerful cooking conversion utility available for iOS. It does just what it says, does it simply, and does it well. We concentrate on features that cooks really need; no bloatware.

Cook's Convertor works on iPhones and iPad screens of any size, giving two side-by-side convertors or kitchen timers of your choice on the iPad. It will also work with Apple's slide-over feature so you can display webpages or your favourite recipes or other apps side-by-side with the convertor for extra convenience.

The Free version contains all these features:

1) Converts common volume, weight and temperature measures used in cooking.
2) Works with regional U.S. Imperial, U.K. Imperial and Metric measures.
3) Volume measurements Cups, Tablespoons, Teaspoons, Fluid Ounces, Litres, Millilitres, Pints, Quarts, Gallons.
4) Weight measurements Ounces, Pounds, Grams and Kilograms.
5) Temperature measurements Fahrenheit, Celsius and Gasmark for those old recipes!
6) Standing times for common roasted meats.
7) Includes length for good measure....pun not intended..;)
8) Flexibly shows three separate conversion results (for example; Fluid Ounces, Cups and Pints) at the same time.
9) Kitchen timers with 3 simultaneous timers to coordinate your cooking endeavours! The timers keep counting when they reach zero so you can see how much extra time something has been cooking for which can be invaluable!
10) Easy and very fast to use with just a couple of touches to select conversions and measures.
11) Bright, clear, high-contrast layout that is easy to read, with everything in one place.
12) Ability to use common fractional quantities; 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4, 1/3 and 2/3.
13) Awesome dual layout for iPads which gives you two complete convertors side-by-side for even more conversion flexibility
14) Useful multi-app support so Cook's Convertor can share the screen side-by-side with your other favourite cooking apps.

The Plus version can be unlocked with a single in-app purchase to give extra features like:

1) Volume-to-Weight convertor with independently verified conversions for over 200 common ingredients so you can directly weigh many of them instead of using awkward volume measures.
2) You can add custom food items to the Volume-to-Weight list
3) U.K. to U.S. Volume conversions - for those annoying intercontinental recipes. where volumes such as cups are different on each side of the Atlantic.
4) Substitutions list giving over 50 ways of substituting common missing ingredients whilst keeping consistency and taste to your recipe.
5) Calculator-style keyboard which allows simple computations and also lets you combine quantities of different units.

-- Need a bae, 2025-05-10

### *---- "Incorrect conversions"
The conversions are off as much as half. For example, 1 cup of flour weighs 227grans. The app says it weighs 127 grams. Don’t buy!!!

### ***** "Facilitates switching to scale"

-- happy Paprika fan, 2024-10-15

### ***** "Exactly what I needed in animal care"
I am a volunteer at a wildlife rescue and I often have to measure out different volumes of food for each animal. Sometimes I am feeding multiple animals and need to multiply the quantities and counting out individual teaspoons or tablespoons is cumbersome. With this app, I can now measure out the amount in cups.

This app is such a time saver for me and I am sharing this with the other animal care professionals!
-- HelloMissBetty, 2024-07-08

### ***** "Works for me!"
The things i need to calculate in the kitchen are here, and within easy reach and big enough on a small phone to see. Well done.
-- Jigs Gaton, 2022-12-13

My baking would be a disaster only for my Convertor

This a great app. It has all the conversion tools and extras you might need, plus three timers. The UI is clean and functional. I’ve looked at and used plenty of these apps. This is the one to get.

This app is just great. Way above my expectations. Bravo!
-- Jcdoty, 2021-11-25

### *---- "Waste of money"
Somethings are nice. Overall it’s super complicated and it doesn’t have a lot of items.
