Bedste skan selv app
Der er efterhåndenden mange selvbetjeningsapps på markedet, men denne er absolut den bedste:
- Man skal kun klikke én gang for at tilføje en varekategori til sin ugentlige tilbudsliste
- Man kan se, når tilbuddet er udløbet og let klikke det væk fra sin liste igen
- Fedt man kan “sætte penge ind” på sin primekonto, så er pengene allerede sat til side ved månedens start
- Langt de fleste gange virker stregkoderne korrekt
- Fedt at man også kan betale med den i kiosk og bager
… mangler bare, at man kan sætte sin flaskepant direkte ind på sin primekonto :)
Virker ofte ikke
Besværlig app sammenlignet med f.eks. løsningerne fra Salling butikkerne. Er ofte nede når man står i butikken og halvdelen af gangene jeg bruger scan og betal skal man alligevel vente på manuel kontrol. Har svært ved at se fordelene.

Jeg er inde på min app. Den er lavet om. Før kunne man se kvitteringer på det man havde købt. Og min bonus står på 0 hvilket ikke er sandt

Dårlig app
Kære Coop. Se venligst på apps fra Salling og Rema. De er intuitive og nemme at bruge. Det er denne ikke.
Eksempel er startsiden: grafisk miskmask der vil alt for meget - og dermed giver minus overblik (billede, bobler i forskellige størrelser og farver samt SoMe-feed-look i bunden - altsammen på samme side😳)
Appen burde registrere betalingskortet tilknyttet deri
Til trods for at jeg scanner QR koden i butikken, så er det ofte at mit køb ikke bliver registreret. Hvorfor er det ikke selve betalingskortet, der er registreret i appen, der automatisk bliver registreret?

Ofte problemer
Oplever ofte problemer med app’en. Mange gange vil den ikke scanne varer ind (skriver i app at der opstod et problem) oplever også ofte at den ikke vil scanne qr koden til betaling i butikken. Skriver blot at der er opstået et problem.
Men dejligt når den virker.
Too often something goes wrong
I have used this app for 2-3 years now here in Denmark and I never know if it’s going to be smooth or whether there’ll be a problem. Three things: 1. Occasionally, the app says “you have been selected for a random check” and you need to wait for a Coop employee to come and scan several of your items. But guess what, Coop employees don’t care at all if you’re stealing. They just scan items that are on top in the bag. Some of them look slightly embarrassed about the whole situation. I could stash 10 cans of black caviar at the bottom and nobody would find out. What’s the point of this random check? It’s a waste of time. 2. Occasionally, the app logs me out. I don’t remember the password because each time I have to restore it and enter a new one. Why does it log me off? I hope this is not for me “safety” because it is my and my bank’s responsibility to prevent fraud, not Coop’s. Another inconvenience. 3. Lastly, recently I scanned all the items and then on the payment page got a message ‘Mobilpay is unavailable now, please use another method’. Fair enough, something wrong with mobilepay. But tell me that when I open the app, not after I scan everything? Because I dont carry plastic cards with me and now need to cancel and go to cashier? Another easily preventable waste of time. So just so many things in the UX design that waste time. I really hope they can be fixed because it could be a really useful app.
