Function is not available in the app

All my conditioners (Nordic 2023) equipped with horizontal swing function. However it is not available in the app. Only vertical swing could be controlled. Is it possible to add this feature in future releases?

App can not connect to WIFI Cooper&Hunter CH-S07FTXQ2-NG

Столкнулся с серьезными проблемами при попытке подключить кондиционер Cooper&Hunter CH-S07FTXQ2-NG к WiFi. Процесс был невероятно сложным и утомительным. Официальное приложение Cooper&Hunter оказалось бесполезным – оно так и не смогло установить связь с устройством. Поиск кондиционера в сети занимал вечность, а сама сеть часто не обнаруживалась. Отсутствие инструкций по подключению к WiFi в руководстве пользователя – еще один минус. Чтобы подключить устройство, требуется указывать точное местоположение, хотя непонятно, зачем это нужно, ведь приложение и так получает доступ к сети, Bluetooth и паролям WiFi. В итоге мне удалось подключить кондиционер к WiFi только с помощью сторонней программы Ewpe Smart

May be better

The app works well with the Cooper&Hunter CH-1500 ESWF electric convector but does not work at all with the COOPER&HUNTER Alfa Inverter R32 CH-S07FTXE2-NG air conditioner. This creates certain inconveniences, installing a separate application on each device.

Не возможно подключить WiFi

Works

The app works well but only with new wifi modules. I had to replace the old wifi module with the new one, and after that the app started recognizing my AC. There’s only one thing that can be done in order to improve user experience: add Apple Homekit support and Shortcuts support. This will allow integrate of the AC with our homes.

Add widgets, please

Nice app) But it will be amazing to have widgets, to manipulate devices more quickly

Не працює. можна підʼєднати пристрій і включити, та якщо закрити програму то пристрій переходить в оффлайн і все.

Not pairing my conditioner

Having issue with adding air conditioner device into app, so I decided to create a ticket for support engineers to help me resolve it I have added full steps with screenshots, wrote 3 messages for them but month after there are any feedback Disgusting, very unsatisfied by app and team at all Not recommended

Приложение супер, кондиционером управлять очень удобно, но не хватает русского меню в самом устройстве. Добавьте возможность выбора языка в подключенных устройствах. Спасибо
