## Copart Reviews in United States

### ***** "Took some time"
So it took some time to figure out how to find my way around the app. I like the reg web site better though. So I finally get it all figured out, found a car I could bid on and then the auction software didn’t work and had me greyed out. I’m a basic member so the bid was under a grand and still had me greyed out so I couldn’t bid. I am furious I didn’t get the car because of a problem with your software !
-- meddjay, 2024-12-29

-- Henríquez07, 2024-12-09

### ***-- "Easy on the fees"

-- Steveo1-10, 2024-12-06

### ***** "bonitos carros"
Buen servicio
-- Anerh.7, 2024-12-06

### ***** "Great app some yards need better pictures, however"
The app is really good, it makes bidding and viewing cars easy. Problems solved quickly.

The only issue I have is some of the yards purposely take bad pictures, especially of the running car’s odometer cluster. They are purposely leaving out check engine lights and\or airbag lights. I think that’s very unfair when it comes to the members who pay their salary.

Also the FEES are too high and there’s to many tiny bogus charges. Making a profit is one thing but beating the member isn’t nice…. Plus each location has a different set of viewing rules which is crazy, to me. Cars should be viewable everyday in person on every lot.
-- The_Ikon, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Horrible business"
So I logged out by accident and then I try to log back in and it says error processing try again later I try later it doesn’t work I made sure the password and email is correct and still then I delete that app and download it again then it says make a new account also say someone bid accidentally on a car let them be able to cancel
-- baheg, 2024-11-25

### *---- "App is broke. Won’t show me anything"
Let’s me sign in but suddenly today won’t show anything in my watchlist, says there is nothing there.
-- Hawgcrawler, 2024-11-13

### **--- "3 star app. 1 star company/business to deal with."
Dishonest reps, as far as additional costs involved.
-- JB 09090, 2024-11-07
