How do I send a question?

Awesome!

The app is great and you’re able to get information from your doctor easier and more quickly than using the phone. I’m sure that the medical providers prefer the app over phone calls as well.

Cannot get a verification code via text.

Good but test results missing

I like MyCharts for showing most of my records and allowing me to send messages to my physician. I don’t like it that every MRI, CT scan and x-ray has been omitted when MyCharts took over. Healow provided all that information and now I have no way to see it. I was not able to print results from Healow, but my charts all allows printing so I wish they would put those test results in the app so I can at print out my results for my files.

Unable to see my dependents info

I literally can’t see my daughters anything.

I have 2 different MyCharts?

I now have 2 different MyCharts and some of the information is shared between programs and some isn’t. Highly inefficient and annoying. Plus it’s a safety issue.

Dr. Interaction

The way the app allows interaction with your physician is comforting. You can ask a question and someone will get back to you in a timely manner. Very comforting.

I love this app because I can review all my health records and see the results of any tests and visits with my doctor

I loves this app! I can keep in touch with my doctor as well. I can see all my medications and all test results. Very helpful app to stay organized. This was a great idea.
