CoPilot GPS Sat-Nav & Traffic

Very very disappointed to hear that CoPilot will not make Carplay CoPilot navigation. Very very sad! Sorry I will not renew my subscription. Edit review 2: still waiting for any word?are you guys gonna support CarPlay?

So that makes it at the beginning already hard for me.

I live in Australia, but am holidaying in France. There’s no option to get a map outside my own country! Rule number one - a travelling app needs maps for travelling - epic fail.

The app is generally good allowing us to put in the dimensions of our Motorhome. However the app caused us to get stuck in Menton, France by joining up 2 dead end roads - which were also too steep with S bends for motorhomes. The first road was Allees Des Acacias, Menton. I also have seen others comment on Facebook about copilot with the same joining of dead end roads. These fixes should be done as a priority.

An app update came through today, and now the app won’t go any further than the launch screen. And good luck with customer support - there isn’t any. You follow the link off the App Store page to their website, there’s a FAQ (not useful for the app not working, BTW), and if you try the contact us link it takes you back to the FAQ. Useless. Fix the damn app, Copilot!

A great App overall. I don’t have a built in GPS in my car and Copilot does the job. Unfortunately with iOS17 I can’t listen to my music while using the app as the music sound volume goes lower and higher all the time. Please fix this ASAP.

I got Apple email says my subscription for this app just processed, I got the invoice. But the app still says my premium features has ended? If you have to wait the money transfer, why couldn’t you just inform me few days earlier so I can pay prior. I couldn’t use it now for my work.

iPhone 11pro latest ios, refuses to download maps on startup, error='error starting map download' (header_failure) I have an account , the app accepts my login and password says ok goes to map download and throws above error message, have deleted app, restarted iPhone 3 times. used to work fine on my iPhone 6+ help please

Researching for a bus navigation app that specifically works in Australia and CoPilot sponsored ads are at the top every search result. So download the app and sign up, only for it to say choose between North America or Europe maps only 🙄
