The app is generally good allowing us to put in the dimensions of our Motorhome.

However the app caused us to get stuck in Menton, France by joining up 2 dead end roads - which were also too steep with S bends for motorhomes. 

The first road was Allees Des Acacias, Menton. 

I also have seen others comment on Facebook about copilot with the same joining of dead end roads. 

These fixes should be done as a priority.

An app update came through today, and now the app won’t go any further than the launch screen. And good luck with customer support - there isn’t any. You follow the link off the App Store page to their website, there’s a FAQ (not useful for the app not working, BTW), and if you try the contact us link it takes you back to the FAQ. Useless.

A great App overall. I don’t have a built in GPS in my car and Copilot does the job. Unfortunately with iOS17 I can’t listen to my music while using the app as the music sound volume goes lower and higher all the time. Please fix this ASAP.

You download the app, open it up, create an account, then you have to go through and pick your region, however on the trial version the only regions available are Europe, and North America, and even after purchasing a subscription you can’t change your region, so if your outside those two regions like Australasia for example, this app is useless!
I’ve contacted support, and even they haven’t been able to give me an answer on how to get around that.
Their support is pathetic!  Do not buy!
