البرنامج يستحق الخمس نجوم انما لدي ملاحظة أو أن شئتم شكوى ، فقد سبق لي تنزيل البرنامج من الاب ستور بجميع مميزاته وسددت مقابله عن طريق الفيزا ، الا أني فيما بعد اضعت كلمة المرور فطلب مني البرنامج تسجيل الايميل على أن يتم تزويدي بكلمة مرور جديدة ترسل لي بالبريد خلال دقائق ولم اتلقى هذه الرسالة وكررت العملية لمرات عدة دون نتيجة ، حاولت التواصل بالايميل الخاص بك ولم أجد حلاً ، اضطررت بعد فشل المحاولات أن أعيد تنزيل البرنامج عن طريق ايميل جديد كما اضطررت لشراء المميزات التي سبق لي شراؤها من جديد أي أني دفعت المبلغ مرتين ، لذا أتمنى معالجة الخلل والتواصل معي ، وشكرا .
