Downloaded app but only had US and European maps

No support for outside of Europe or USA.

please fix ASAP

Just tried this app in France, after being sent on a precipitous one lane road in my campervan by Google Maps (don’t get me started!!!). Unfortunately, even with my 7m van loaded into the app, and main roads chosen as the roads of choice, this app sent me along the same one lane route. And this was despite the fact that there was a good, two lane D road that led right to the destination. Clearly I am not impressed.

Paid premium subscription did not get premium features, Restore licences doesn’t work. Total scam do not pay them you wont get any value.

Firat used the app while travelling really good walking function. Used at home for car since and been happy. Used to alert to street to late but seems to be fixed. Something uses may not no is it works as speed warning if you dont input destination just in turn on

26 March 2019 Maps out if date POI (points of interests) out if date. The whole app is pointless. Just use google maps. At least its constantly updated and correct unlike this mess that “might” get updated. Update 28 April 2018 Downgraded star to one! Getting multiple emails sent (developer response emails) from Apple or ALK about last review. Sick of getting these multiple emails. Either ALK is trying to push me for a better review or Apple has a problem somewhere And in response to developer—— Map updates should be more than twice a year! Update 8 April 2018 New interface is confusing No map updates for ages. Sent through reading changes last year and still not amended on any map updates. Don’t hold your breathe! Has nice layout and I find it easy to load routes or navigate to saved favourites. Only problem is it always loads in 3D mode and I have to change it back to 2D. I prefer the 2D mode but it doesn't seem to want to save this setting on the iPad Air 2. It does on my old iPad 2. ????? I've deleted reinstalled many times and CoPilot staff trying to solve it. Nice clear maps but they do seem slight out of date or at least aren't updated very regularly. Plenty of different options for navigating and settings to change and voices (no celebrity) to download. Overall a good gps tool. Nice to have one app that you can download maps into instead of having multiple apps

Interface is so boring...

Excellent app. Done tens of thousands of kms and it takes me to places I normally would never see, much quicker than the main route. Having just returned from a lap of the country, guided by Copilot, I’m frustrated by the developers’ inability to keep up with changes in the NZ roaring network. An example of this is how it tried to deal with the route between Picton and Christchurch, refusing to let me drive the coast road which has been open for many months now. Back when it was closed, following the Kaikoura earthquakes, it struggled to let me drive over the Lewis Pass without taking a detour over the Marina Saddle (a route which should only be attempted in a well equipped 4WD, driven by a capable and experienced operator). While I understand that to expect the developers to keep up with the dog’s dinner which is the NZ highway network, it irks me that their attempts to do just that have meant that I reasonably expect my primary navigation app to be dysfunctional, quake damaged in a sense, for months yet. It would be better if they just left it alone and let me calculate road closures, or do a better job of keeping up with the actual state of the road network. The inconvenience to someone who covers a lot of miles by this app is worth a downgrade to three stars and a lengthy description of the issue. Another problem is the typical mangling of Te Reo. If I choose the Australian voices, it’s so bad that it makes me want to put my phone in an offshore detention centre. If you’re a kiwi who respects cultural sensitivity, you’ll have to give Copilot a pass or set your tolerance for ignorance back to the 80’s.

This app is great I have managed to not get lost since having it. Very good would recommend
