Auto renew Subscription fails!
I have auto renewed my subscription two days ago and need to use the app today! The app is now asking me to purchase again! Clearly incorrect - please silence asap

Doesn’t work
Downloaded today, stuck on the logo screen when I open the app
Well worth the money
I purchased this App prior to our 3 week trip to northern Spain. After a brief test run all seemed ok, however on our arrival in Plymouth prior to arriving on the ferry we suddenly realised she hadn’t uttered a word since leaving home. After playing around with the settings on arriving in Spain it became apparent that something was wrong and I contacted the helpline. Over the next few days and while we were travelling the helpline was extremely helpful trying to resolve the issue (all by email) and eventually while driving down a country road she burst into life and has not put a foot wrong since. The assistance received was well beyond what I was expecting and the App has delivered faultless accurate navigation since and I just wish I had purchased it sooner so once again many thanks.
Great Navigation, but needs CarPlay
Good navigation and quite easy to use. Good maps prices too. The only thing it misses is CarPlay support.
Disappointed
I purchased this app today as it came rated and mentioned in lots of caravan sat nav suggestions. Thought I would test it by planning a route to a site that I knew could only be approached from the south. This app took me there from a northern approach and round a turning that is impossible with a caravan on the back. I now have no faith in this app and wasted my time adding in profiles, caravan dimensions etc
Apple play
When will Co-pilot be compatible with Apple Play. Have tried using iPad but signal not strong enough.
No CarPlay 😔
Had this app for free for 14 days and it’s great for routing if you have a caravan/camper If only it had CarPlay capabilities it would be perfect - but will stop me buying it.
Falling behind
I have been using this for years, since the TomTom debacle. There have been almost no updates to the interface, which remains less than ideal, and each year the traffic subscriptions refuses to remain activated at renewal time. Normally it activates after a few days but this year it is still not there some weeks after I have paid for it. I hope to get a response from my message to the developers but if not I will be seeking a refund from Apple. Some caution is suggested with this one, there are better alternatives.
Unuseable
Downloaded it to try for a trip from Sheffield to Cheltenham with a caravan. Then informed 14 day trial - which is ok to try it out. Typed in my post code and was promptly informed I was over 3,000 miles away! Then tried to set it up with where I was going but it was having none of it. Deleted.
Needs apple carplay functionality
Considering this is for people with caravans, that need more assistance driving, they are very slow in added this to their app. I have queried this and this was the reply “ We understand that interest in potential compatibility with Apple CarPlay has been high since such interactions were opened up by Apple. While recognising the benefits this functionality brings, we want to make sure we are providing the best possible user experience including ensuring you are not distracted while driving and can travel with the utmost safety while using CoPilot.
