I ended up not subscribing after a year because I have most of my financial situation handled, but to start tracking your spending and subscriptions and get your finances back in control, for the price it’s a great app. The customer service team is also very responsive and quickly reached out when I contacted them. If you have an Apple Card, this effectively makes Copilot worthless for tracking expenses. I’ve waited through several updates for a fix that hasn’t arrived. It was impossible to ACTUALLY know where money was going without logging and categorizing every transation, transfer, etc. Which is really easy to forget to do and requires a major time commitment. I tried budget apps like Mint (back when it existed) but even those didn't really help me. Then I found Copilot and it has truly transformed my finances. I stay in budget now, I have achieved savings goals, and have almost eliminated the debt that I have. None of which would be possible without Copilot keeping an eye on my money 24/7. However, they periodically have connectivity issues with their third-party integrators, which they seem completely unable to address in a timely fashion. If something goes wrong with the integration between your bank or financial institution, you can easily wait 6 to 9 months for a fix. This is currently the case with an issue that has come up with U.S. Bank that occurred in February and six months later we are still waiting for a fix. -- nmc35007, 2026-07-13 ### ***-- "Great looking" The app looks great and works great when you’re switching in between the different screens. My biggest complaint is it misses a lot of transactions. When I go back and review my transactions, there are quite a few that are missing.
