I think this app would work really great if you have very simplified finances. For anything more complex, the categories section is really lacking. It’s very intuitive and slow to group categories or really drill down into details. It’s too bad because the sinking feature and the app itself overall work very well.
This app does almost everything I would like… almost. The benefit of apps like these are that they track your net worth (assets and debt), spending, and income. If there are institutions you use that they don’t support, that’s ok - you can manually track them. But it is beyond frustrating when you have an account that is tracked incorrectly and instead of being allowed to edit the balance of that account for example, the solution is to delete the account (thereby deleting the historical data), and begin tracking from ground zero… and manually at that. Nothing upsets me more.
Used to be great. Won’t open on my iPhone 16 Pro. Uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted phone. App won’t open. No way to get support. Disappointing. If I don’t get support or a fix I’m cancelling my subscription.
I was with a previous Budget and Finance Tracking App that had a yearly subscription when I discovered Copilot. Decided to give this a try and within days I cancelled my previous app. I am a month in and so far everything has been fantastic from creating budgets, categories, and recurring. Creating everything to my liking. Adding accounts and investments was easy and love the layout to see everything in real time. What has really impressed me is the support. I needed some help setting up accounts and transactions being displayed. You just use the chat and they get back to you within a day or two and even fix it on their end. Simple as could be and so friendly about my multiple requests. What’s even cool is under the support there is a Vote on Features which shows they want our feedback. Again, I’m a month into it and continue to learn but I know I found my new Budget and Finance App.
I’ve been using this since December 2023 but as of late it’s gotten so slow to where it’s almost unusable. I may start looking for a new app if this isn’t fixed soon.
Been using copilot for over a year and continue to love its ease of use, new features, and helpful notifications.
Can’t launch the app on the iPhone since the last update. iPhone 15 Pro on latest iOS
I have to say I am impressed with the functionality this app offers, not to mention the beautiful design. I mostly use this app on ipad and it just helps me oversee my finances so efficiently. I almost deleted it after getting frustrated in the beginning trying to fine tune to my liking - definitely takes some getting used initially. Once you get over that phase I think the app is absolutely worth it. If you are looking for a budgeting app I would strongly recommend this one just beware that it is not the most user friendly starting out.
I’ve been enjoying the app since switching from Mint, but unfortunately this app has now failed me. I have an issue with connecting to the bank who holds my mortgage using all three of the providers Copilot provides. Because my mortgage is shown as a “negative” account in my bank, the scrapers are picking this up as a negative balance as well - assuming that the bank owes me money on the mortgage. It’s made my net worth completely dysfunctional and worthless, and for the past YEAR I’ve contacted support for it with zero results. They’ll offer to correct the balance to what it should be, but once it updates it goes right back to negative, which further destroys your net worth graph. It’s unacceptable that a paid service still has this issue after so many support tickets submitted that have been closed with no resolution.
