How about you make the language toggle immediately available? So easy: 🇬🇧/🇫🇷 as a single click button under the menu; like just about every single app on earth that has language localization options. Currently, people who don’t speak French have to guess their way through at least three button presses before finding place to change the language.
In general it’s unclear to that Quebec City doesn’t appear to use station numbers, unlike Montreal (or just about any city for that matter). UX could make this a bit more clear. It’s actually kinda nice having a single parking price everywhere in the city with no need to enter parking location numbers, but it’s not obvious to visitors who probably don’t expect that parking policy.

Pourquoi n’y a t’il toujours pas d’alerte de fin? Est-ce la ville qui bloque le processus parce que c’est plus payant de donner des tickets a des personnes qui ont oublier d’ajouter du temps? A mon avis l’ancienne application copilote fonctionnait beaucoup mieux.
Heures non respectées
Avec l’ancienne version, le stationnement payé avant 9 h commençait automatiquement à être facturé à 9 h et non à 8 h 47. Même chose pour l’heure de fin: il bloquait automatiquement à 21 h. On paie beaucoup de minutes dans le beurre, surtout que tout est obligatoirement arrondi au 15 minutes près.
Terrible compared to the old version
The old Copilote app was amazing. This new version is terrible and non functional. The live data toggle doesn’t work. I can no longer see available spots on the street. Parking lots are no longer shown in this new version of the app. The UI is outdated and clumsy.
This app is scoffing at you
I read in the update notes that they added language selector on the login screen and decided to check that. On my iPhone SE2 the language selector does not fit on the screen as It is located on the very bottom below all other sign-in buttons. You can scroll the content up and see the selector but it won’t stay up! As soon as you release the content, it slides down and hides the selector! If you hold the content with one finger and tap on the selector, it won’t react. What a joke! There is a selector but you cannot use it. I wish they hired at least one senior developer…
Incapable recevoir reçus
La connexion via AppleID fait en sorte qu’il est impossible de recevoir un reçu, ils ne sont pas redirigés vers la boîte courriel associée

I installed this app to pay for parking it made me purchase more than my parking was worth and a few days later I had a credit card fraud ….. do not trust this app
Il crédite
Il est facile à utiliser, et quand il reste du temps, il crédite le temps qui reste. Assez exceptionnel pour du stationnement.
Not useful
Was difficult to find where turn on English. Difficult navigation through map. For me as for tourist was easier to use google maps despite I hoped that this app will improve the process. It doesn’t moreover it made it harder. Strange search on the map, showed me any other locations in UK instead of Quebec .
