I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the termination of my account without prior notice or explanation. As a valued customer, I had accumulated 15 in credits and a 25 Amazon gift card, which were still pending and had not been redeemed. I had also reached out to customer support twice to resolve an issue with the crediting of my rewards, which was not being reflected in my account. I am particularly troubled by the fact that my account is being terminated without any justification or explanation. As per our contract, excessive customer support requests are a possible reason for account termination. However, I had only reached out twice to resolve a legitimate issue, which I believe is a reasonable request. I would like to request that you reconsider the termination of my account and provide a clear explanation for the decision. I have worked hard to earn the rewards and credits in my account, and I believe it is unfair to take them away without a valid reason. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a resolution. If not, I will be forced to seek legal action to protect my rights as a customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My initial view of this app was positive, i spend quite a bit of time on my phone and playing some games in order to make a little extra money sounded like a interesting. i started to play games and collect creds, i had no issues with not receiving creds for my finished tasks until the final one which of course is the highest amount of them all. (i still haven’t received them even after contacting support twice.) so that leaves me to this review considering i’ve used my own money for in-game purchases to them not get rewarded for finishing my tasks is very disappointing. i’ll still leave a two star since my experience prior to not receiving my creds wasn’t that bad.

This app will not let me down load the game to earn money at all even though if I tried to tap it in and I scanned the barcode and it keeps saying invalid so this is a scam

I think copper is a great app for earning points for money. So far I've only used it for getting robux as I don't usually spend actual money on that. My consistency isn't great, but over the last year or so I've made over 5000 points and exchanged those for robux giftcards. Depending on what games you play to make the points, it can take a long time to save up. Playing games can be VERY time consuming so i sometimes wish obtaining the points was a little easier. However, it does make sense that you need to take the time to earn the points considering that you are basically getting free money from doing this. My suggestion is doing a daily reward so you have a big reward at the end of the week. Like each day you open the app and claim a daily reward you would get 10 points the first day, 15 the next, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and then on the last day (if you opened the rewards every day for the past week) you would get a big reward (100-1000 points). the points would be random so you could open it and get 500 one week or 1000 the next or 250. then the week would start all over again. if you didn't open a daily reward one day, you'd have to start all over again. that would encourage more people to be in the app and making points. anyways, that's just an idea that i think would be really nice. great app

I have spent about 40 min getting 81 cents. I have earned more money on the app fetch. Fetch is super simple and I earned money on like 15 minutes and got a Starbucks gift card. USE FETCH!!!

I love to play the games

They don’t give you the credits when playing a game. The help robot only gives basic information and let you in in circles. No support at all. I’ll use Fetch instead from now on.
