Select account name/nickname- user may select multiple times because the app is not responsive. Significant wait before the bio-metrics authenticates. Only issue. -- Nora1234#, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "Not a good app" Slow. Rarely loads. Crashes. This app is just as good as the website when it works right. Not worth downloading. -- Jonnykron, 2024-11-15 ### *---- "Slow app" This app is very unreliable and slow If you have to do more then two swipes the app Freezes up , sending e-transfers some times can not be done with how slow with app is -- PRAWNTOE, 2024-10-26 ### *---- "Crashes a lot" Crashes a lot or lots of time can’t login due to technical errors -- Johnson17171, 2024-06-18 ### *---- "Etransfer amounts buggy" Backspace doesn’t work if you try to change the etransfer amount. So if you have to change the amount by using the backspace key, it impossible to determine the amount of the etransfer you are sending. -- memberSyndicate807, 2023-02-15 ### ****- "Help" How do I cancel a debit transfer and how can I make my account work with just my thumb print -- Leacameron, 2023-02-14 ### *---- "Quick view not working ……….still" The app was updated. Oops First thing first the app was working well then they updated it and now the quickveiw doesn’t work. Even though they advertise On how to set it up. Then I get a saucy email with no help. Then I get a call from a very nice lady who I think tried as hard she could and to the best of her abilities. Then told me they were looking into it and should updates with a fix. Well here I am still not fixed as others in my family have theirs working. Not happy at all. -- Burley 76, 2023-01-05 ### ***** "New app and website works great!" Fast and easy to use, the app layout is nice, easy to read and find whatever I need to do. Just as good as the big banks, I love it. Good work Copperfin. -- Bobo$, 2022-12-09 ### *---- "Why change something that worked just fine?!" The app was just fine the way it was! I know it cost money in some form or another to change it and I don’t believe that’s a good way to be spending money. Everybody these days thinks everything needs a fresh new look or updated or brand new this or that. People need to render the phrase “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” -- raemundo8, 2022-12-09 ### ***** "Convenient" Very convenient to use as I live in a community that does no longer have a CU location in town. Very easy to navigate the site too. -- Bertinator16, 2022-12-07 [View all Copperfin reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Copperfin Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/united-states) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/india) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/brazil) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/japan) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/philippines) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/saudi-arabia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/thailand) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/italy) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/copperfin-GwIi/france) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
