No way to cancel payment.
I used this app because it was recommended by Verizon wireless to switch my files to new phone. It worked great but there is no way for me to cancel the payments that are being taken from my checking account

Improper grammar
Are you kidding me!? Whoever it was that wrote the “how it works” part of this app needs to go back to elementary school and learn proper grammar and most likely English.

App was paid for and still doesn’t work. No customer service data given.

The app was slow opening and took forever to find the other phone I had to open and close the app multiple times
