## Corby Star Cars Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "do you guys have no taxis??"
is there a shortage or something? because what do you mean i booked one at 08:09 and nearly 20 minutes later i STILL don't have one. this has got to be a joke come on
-- aaaaaaahhhhsjkkkslapwpwp, 2025-03-28

### ***** "Priors Hall"
Booked a cab via the app. Car arrived on time. App wotked very efficiently. Saturday 1st Feb 25 @ 0640
-- JamIE8y, 2025-02-01

### ***** "Perfect"
Used over 20 times, every time has been perfect - let’s you awe exactly where they are, accurate wait times, estimated prices are spot on.
-- Jayjamieson, 2024-08-16

### *---- "Consistently late"
Used to be good. Consistently late, more expensive and less reliable than ever.
-- Lester1992, 2024-03-30

### ***** "Very helpful driver"
Driver helped to get my luggage into and out of the car. Many thanks
-- Bwn999, 2024-01-18

### *---- "Appsolutely useless"
Tried a dozen times to enter this app. Password resets are not working and if you try and reset by logging in with your mobile number it freezes completely
-- Herts Hammer, 2024-01-09

### ***** "App worked well for me"
Didn't notice any issues with it
-- rosaryrosa, 2023-11-03

### *---- "App Unfit for Purpose"
This app is unable to correctly price journeys or take pre-payment. The company appears to believe this makes it acceptable for their cabs to either turn up late or not turn up at all. If they do turn up they’ll charge you double the price quoted on the app. I suspect they only actually assign a cab once you call the automated line to check why your car hasn’t turned up.

I suggest avoiding Star Cars until they build an app that allows a customer to agree a price, reserve a taxi in advance of their journey and pay for it on the app.
-- Themistralblows, 2023-10-01

### *---- "Wrong price"
They will give you one price and once you book they will ring you and double the price.
-- b r o zzzle, 2023-07-29

### **--- "Taxis always late"
What’s the point in having a pre book system if they don’t come for when you booked them?
