This is a great app, it is well thought, user friendly and designed for people of all technical and fitness abilities in mind. It provides great all rounded support from fitness, lifestyle to meal ideas. Benji’s classes are full of energy and he has created a supportive online community, I really enjoy his classes, he differentiates exercises tailored to individual needs and the music is on point too (those are definitely the pro DJ skills coming through!) He is friendly and approachable, with a wealth of knowledge around health, fitness and wellbeing. I would highly recommend this app and Benji’s classes!🌟

Have worked out with Benji for a while, he’s a real inspirational guy, and was worried  about how to continue during lockdown but this app has been amazing! Able to book classes, join video link classes, keep in touch with other users, get meal ideas... I could keep going but you should look for yourself! It’s like having Benji in my pocket 😁 I can check In at any time of day or night. Do an on demand class whenever I like; yoga flows before bed after a stressful day are 👌 Add this to my MyZone belt and I feel like my workouts and lifestyle are better than ever. Definitely worth a try! Definitely 5 🌟
