I have been frustrated with how frequently I have needed to enter login credentials ever since the upgrade to this new version of the app. Hoping the software developers are working to improve this!

The app resets every time you log into it, needing to redo username and password. It doesn’t matter if you hit remember me or enable Face ID it glitches out all the time. The old simple app was better whoever they paid to make this one they should get their money back.

Whoever changed the login must be nuts. It used to be so easy. Now, I continually have to sign in even though I have a Face ID passkey. You never know when the Face ID will work. Why?  It’s so hard to open my app since now I have to look up my password first. Grrr! So frustrating!!!!  I’ve been a customer for years, but just in a few recent months they’ve started charging $5 to transfer funds between accounts.  Really?  Anything to make a buck—do I need to start looking for a new bank?  I hate being fleeced, especially when I’m moving my own money to a different account.

Bank with Pinnacle their fees and operating system is a lot better. Been using this bank for 16 years and they made transferring money from accounts multiple questions. To me it shows they don’t trust their clients decision making to transfer money over. Could’ve made it one choice instead an over complications of menus to switch over.
