This is meditation you can feel, guided by dynamic vibrations, audio and lighting. Connect your Core Meditation Trainer with the app, drop in, and go. Together with the Trainer, the Core app will track your personal progress using stress-level measurements and other biometric data insights. DIVE INTO OUR MEDITATION LIBRARY - Learn new Breath Training techniques, then practice them on your own with Core's guiding vibrations. - Unwind with longer guided classes, or jump into a short 3-minute session — whatever fits your schedule. - Meditations guided by our expert instructors cover a variety of topics, geared towards all experience levels. - Pick a vibration pattern, choose a duration, and drop into one of Core's original ambient and musical soundscapes. Your Core Meditation Trainer pulses alongside your sessions. Depending on the type of meditation, the vibrations will guide you in learning Breath Training techniques, or serve as a gentle reminder to help focus your attention and anchor you in the present. MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS No more wondering whether meditation is actually working for you or not. With the Core Meditation Trainer connected to your app, you can see how meditation is directly affecting your body through several different metrics: - Training - Track your consistency over time. Making meditation a part of your regular routine helps train your brain to respond to it, and unlocks numerous health benefits. - Calm - Calm is represented by the dominance of your parasympathetic nervous system. We measure this based on your heart rate and its variability over time (HRV). With practice, you can train yourself to reach a Calm state more quickly. - Focus - Some techniques get you energized, priming your mind and activating your senses into a highly responsive state. Core measures how much time you spend in a Focused state by the pattern of your heart rhythm. After each meditation, Core will show you how Calm and Focused you were. Long-term historical graphs lets you see how your resilience to stress is changing over time, and track your progress with daily streaks. Core will also integrate with Apple HealthKit to share Mindful Minutes and read data to improve the accuracy of your biometric insights. DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE WITH CORE PREMIUM Go Premium to access our always-growing library of on-demand meditation classes. New sessions are added daily by our team of expert instructors, so you never get bored. Follow along with your favorite instructors to stay inspired and centered. All new users automatically receive a free 2-week trial of our premium content. After that, Core offers two auto-renewing subscription plans: $9.99 per month $69.99 for one year (that's less than $6 a month) The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. I do have some ideas for making the app better. Feature request for the core device: currently meditating courses are at a maximum of 30 minutes, I’d like the ability to loop a meditation session for multiple times without it showing how I did. Looking for no prompts in between, it just repeats as soon as it ends. Or the ability to make a “playlist” and add a few to it or the same one multiple times without no prompts or buttons to press in between. I really enjoy the core which honestly I didn’t expect but what it’s lacking is longer sessions. Personally I like the ones that are not a steady vibration, the ones that let me know to breathe in and out are fantastic. Asking for someone to make longer classes would be tedious and might not get a lot of plays but a loop feature or playlist feature could be used in multiple ways by anyone and that’s just a coding job which wouldn’t place a burden on the people creating the content. -- briehaze, 2025-05-09 ### *---- "POOR NETWORK CONNECTION" Got this very expensive orb as a gift and it was working for exactly 1 day and then says "Poor Network Connection" on the splash screen and will not go any further. I have tried absolutely everything I can think of on my end to remedy it - on wifi/off wifi/on cell network - bluetooth on/off - reinstall app - reset orb - reset phone - installed in on FIVE other devices (old iphones, ipads, iphone7,XS,15,16) - started a new account - my mother also got one as a gift and it is giving her the EXACT same issue - after two useless interactions with support we now have a fantastic paperweights - the stupid thing is I REALLY want it to work and it was awesome the TWO times I had it working before it locked me out - I know it is an issue on their server side and they refuse to escalate the bug - with the last app update over a year ago I doubt they ever will - such an insane thing I'm such a big fan of all the other Hyperice devices I own - this has been infuriating - avoid at all costs! -- MaximumCollins, 2025-02-14 ### *---- "Scam!! You’ll never be able to cancel your subscription!!" DO NOT fall in the “Core trap”!! There is no way that you can possibly cancel the subscription. When they finally respond to your email, they tell you to go to your subscriptions on your Apple account and cancel it, but Core is not in my subscriptions list. They let your subscription renews automatically and don’t respond in the “live chat” and don’t get your call and don’t call you back. This is a scam to get you trapped forever in a subscription that you cannot cancel. BE CAREFUL!!! -- Manoela Malta, 2025-02-13 ### *---- "Not connecting" I just got my code and it’s nearly impossible to connect. If someone could reach out to troubleshoot I will give it another shot. -- La di da 007, 2025-02-05 ### ****- "Search feature?" I LOVE my Core meditation trainer! It has helped me in many ways on my mindfulness journey. I have also purchased the Core by Hyperice device for several people as gifts, I love it that much! My only complaint is the inability to search by key words or topics. Today I want to focus on gratitude, I would love to be able to type “gratitude” in a search box and have all the meditations related to gratitude pop up. Please make an update with a search feature! -- H Layton, 2025-01-21 ### *---- "Can’t get my money back and can’t open the app!!!" Complete waste of $200! I bought it at Target and then it said the code was being used by someone else. I sent my receipt to customer service and they gave me a new code. Then I was able to login and use the device once and NEVER again! I open the app and it says I have “poor network connection” despite full connection. I contacted customer service again and they said it was a glitch they were working to fix. I kept checking in for weeks until I was close to the end of the Target return window. They said they would send me a new device which they did. Once the new one came, I was able to use it once. I went on vacation and three weeks later, it’s back to the same glitch!!!!!!!! The intro session seemed great but who cares now that I’ve now wasted $200, time, and frustration on ONE 10 minute mediation!!!! I’m beyond furious!!!!! -- KnMom3, 2025-01-15 ### *---- "Does not work" Used the app for one day, worked fine, and now will not work and will not connect to “the network”. Makes no sense. Terrible app -- TSmick, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "The app isn’t working" The app just keeps saying poor network connection even though I’m on WiFi and I tried using a different WiFi but the same issue -- PeytonpReviewNickname, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Trouble with the network" I set up the app and connected to the device just fine, I didn’t have time to use it right then so I was going to try it out right before bed. The app will NOT connect. It constantly says that my network has a poor connection when I am 3 feet from my router. Tried turning off WiFi and going off cellular, same message. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, same message. Now I have this device that is essentially an expensive paperweight. -- aerisart, 2024-10-25 ### ***** "Game Changer" I have been using my Core daily for 2 years. Using Core has absolutely improved my meditation practice. My HRV number has increased significantly. I highly recommend for anyone looking to start a meditation practice or deepen their practice. -- MishkaMiche, 2024-08-25 [View all Core Meditation reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Core Meditation In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Monthly Core Subscription | $9.99 | | Annual Core Subscription | $69.99 | ## Core Meditation Discovered Keywords -
