Good start - needs some work
Pros: - Basic tracking is available for meals, water consumption and exercise. - Connected to your nutritionist and doctors at CoreLife - Allows for connected apps (like FitBit to log steps. Cons / Opportunities for improvement: - Tracking on other apps like WW or MyFitnessPal is easier, so be prepared for a switch if you’ve used those in the past. - Difficult to navigate when searching for foods between tabs (Recent, Favorites, etc) & auto refresh slows the screen down when scrolling beyond the fold of your phone. - Creating an ingredient and a recipe is challenging at best, painful most times. This should be much easier to do. Why can’t an ingredient live outside of a recipe? Strange concept. Also, why aren’t serving sizes used when you actually create a recipe. If I said 8 servings, the default should be 1 serving which is 1/8 the recipe. - Share recipes & new ingredients - please add this feature for couples or families doing this together. - FitBit synch is very delayed. - List calories and macros by meal under the main headings of a meal. I’d like to know where I can do better.
