CoreLogic's mobile solution allows surveyors to capture new build data, without the need to visit a property development site, where housing has yet to be built. The surveyor who is first to value a property from a new build site can capture the required site information within the app and share this with other surveyors from the same firm, preventing duplication work, but allowing surveyors to validate or update information as required. Within the app the surveyor retrieves Land Registry title data against an address, where polygon plots are overlaid onto Maps. Surveyor can select and deselect polygon areas to verify exact plots and flip between map, satellite and 3D satellite views. Using the app sketch and labelling tools, the surveyor can split the site into its development phases and capture this information using screen shots. Within the app there is a web browsers link, enabling surveyors to visit property developer websites and retrieve further information about a site. Once all new build site data has been collected, the surveyor continues with a mortgage valuation using CoreLogic's Survey Valuation app. Key Features: • Functional job overview screen detailing property information and survey sections • Integration with Land Registry and Maps to capture plot polygon coordinates • Satellite, 3D satellite and maps views available with the ability to zoom in and out • On-site Geolocation available enabling surveyor to verify exact title plots • Photo capture tool enabling screen shots to be collected and stored within the app • Ability to outline new build development phases with sketch and labelling tools • Information is archived and available to share with other surveyors within the same firm ## CoreLogic New Build Screenshots -
