Nice that the app exists for Irish or UK app stores, but doesn’t work on the rest of Europe. Once you can get access to the app, you can’t put in payment information to top up without the app crashing. A for effort F for delivery.

Please fix crashes!

I tried to top up my account with cc details but every time I entered first line of cc details and then moved to next line of entry, app crashing and closing. Very frustrating and subsequently late for appointment. Had to ring local council park helpline.

Tried to install but it failed because it the car is already registered with my wife’s phone. Very poor design. It is obvious more than one person uses a at.

I just tried to jump through the hoops to pay for parking in a random location. I just wanted to eat in a cafe. No parking meters around so I tried the app. Went through multiple steps to try and pay but then I cannot pay directly with a card. I have to top up to be able to pay and the process involves a fee. Not to mention that you have to be careful when selecting your parking place in a map. Good luck with tourists!

Handy app but it takes your money. I had €1 in my balance, I topped up by €10 (with a €1 charge on top of this), and my balance was €10 after this.

I can’t even register on this app, shows you all you need to know about it. Disappointed in cork’s council services again

How come other counties have better apps. You I’ve it money and then it crashes.

Totally frustrating to change vehicle Reg No keeps saying Reg no is saved when it is not and option to talk to an operator does not work gives an engaged tone. Frustrated user

No response from email address given on the actual app to my complaint, as follows- if I want to top-up in your app, all is ok if I select the default of €10. However, if I try to edit the amount to say, €30, the app will not let me continue on, because the virtual keyboard in the app just blocks the bottom half of the screen where the card top up buttons are situated !!!
