Welcome to the Cornerstone Apartment Services Resident Portal App -- an innovative platform that makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests at your community easier than ever before. With the Cornerstone App, residents can:
• Pay Rent: Make secure payments over the RENTCafe portal from any place, at any time -- no desktop needed. Residents can set up multiple payment methods with the option to submit a one-time payment or set up auto-pay.
• Submit Maintenance Requests: Expedite work orders at the tips of your fingers and track the entire process. The seamless work order portal allows for timely fixes for non-emergencies, and will notify residents once the maintenance technician has completed the job,or if the issue requires immediate follow-up.
• Sign Lease Renewals: Efficiently handle lease renewals in the app. The entire lease renewal process can be done completely within the app.

Maintenance
You should have a form for me to fill out. Ask me if it’s an appliance if so, what about the appliance?
Pretty easy to use, uncertain security
The app is pretty straightforward, but when I open it, my phone has a warning that pops up that says “this site is not verified”, which leaves some doubt around the security of the app.

Easy to use and navigate, no qualms here!
Simple to use
The app makes it easy to keep track of basic things. You can make payments, place maintenance requests, and keep track of any announcements/events that impact the building (e.g., water shutoff, etc.). 5 stars.
Not the best
Painting over broken things seems to be the norm for my apartment.
Not super helpful
There are options for the app to display lots of information, but there is non. They only care if you pay your rent

Maintenance request, payments are all ready to do in the app.
Further fixing needed
Needs a bit more UI friendliness and it’s still better to log in on the computer than risk making a double payment
