辣雞程序 Rubbish App

無法使用app停止收費，已經充完電駛離仍然在計費。超過1分鐘也要按照1小時收費，完全不合理應該按照實際使用電量收費。無法定時充電，完全就是為了能多收錢

Can’t download!

Simple system when working but can’t download as you can only use if you have HK based App Store. This really needs to be allowed to be downloaded from any App Store!

如題，app錢包明明有錢但個機話無效，打去問話個場只限月費充，但停車場外完全無任何提示；嘗試係app預約時間，又話未有可預約充電位仲要大部分場都係慢速，中速

又貴又唔好用 $20/hr 得7kwh 。過咗一分鐘都計一個鐘。用kWh計算會比較公道

冇人跟進

俾咗錢都唔得

要求太多個人資料

電話號碼，全名，連身份證號碼都要！估唔到充電都要交咁多個人資料。
