A phone-based web app built specifically for field technicians. It’s designed so technicians can quickly access and complete their daily tasks and manage jobs/events from start to finish.

Cornerstone Mobile Connect is integrated with Cornerstone’s powerful cloud-based customer management software. Go paperless and help your team be more productive with in-field access. The app will provide real-time job updates, keeping administrators in the office aware of current job statuses!

Your technicians will love how easy it is to use their iPhone/iPad to manage their workflow, and that all data syncs back instantly to Cornerstone’s software.

Features Overview

CALENDAR & EVENT MANAGEMENT
- View appointments and tickets in a list, day, week, and month view
- Manage service performed, inventory added, dispatch status, and get customer signature
- Track time for each appointment and ticket, and for each day
- Track inventory by truck or technician location
- Filter appointments on town, service code, ticket type, technician, date, and status
- Quickly review unassigned or unscheduled events, and assign yourself or another tech to them

TAKE PAYMENT & SIGNATURES
- Create invoices and process payments on the spot
- Process credit card or ACH payments using our PCI-compliant site, Alarmpayments.com
- Payment processing links directly to invoices and accounts for easy payment posting
- Obtain customer signatures on the spot

TIMECARDS
- Our innovative structure allows tracking of both job activity and daily tech time worked
- Track time related to sick days, vacation, jobs, or non-job-related events
