Really enjoyed the storyline portion of this game. However, the arcade mode—that provides endless gameplay—is insanely buggy. Random kernels are unable to be popped, and it makes it way more difficult than it needs to be. Probably will delete this app.

I’m not sure if this is a non English speaking project but the item names made no sense to me, the UI was not intuitive (what’s up with the settings? Use words please…) and the gameplay doesn’t make a lot of sense. It’s just minesweeper with fewer options and pre made levels called “story” as though minesweeper could have a story? The burning kernel noise is really annoying, the app claims to be best with headphones but I don’t understand why you would listen to the sounds at all. They are not especially high quality…. Music is very generic, sound effects are irritating.  What is the intended audio component of the game? I feel like I’m missing seeing entirely…

Got to level 40+ was having tons of fun but then app suddenly froze in best with headphones screen. Will not move off it. Tried to uninstall/reinstall but it deleted all my progress. Still tried to give it a chance and same behavior unplayable unfortunately

Selecting a level is frustrating because the Home Screen is so unintuitive and slow to load between animations. No way to mark kernels to avoid from the very first level is very annoying.

I like the game itself, but after using it a couple of times the game stops loading for me. I had to redownload it and even after that it still wouldn’t load up. It’s a bit glitchy when I go to mark some of the bombs, they’d grow and get stuck like that.

I wanted to love this, as I love Minesweeper but it is so lacking in instructions. At first I was aggravated by the lack of a way to mark bombs but then I found the Yellow Dye 70 in the shop. It still barely marks them but at least it’s there. However I later bought the inspector shades in the shop which has ruined the game for me. I had no idea what they really did, like most things in the cryptic shop but what they do is highlight all the adjacent kernels when you tap on a kernel. I didn’t need this and it’s super annoying as I now have to tap a kernel twice to pop it. I can’t find a way to remove these dumb shades I regret buying and I’m about to delete the game because they make it annoying.

Every time I try to open the game it stays on the loading page. I’ve tried all the things: restarting my devices, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, etc. and it’s the same every time.

Aesthetically great! Otherwise, terrible. There is zero protection to stop you from clicking on a burnt kernel right away, which is quite annoying. The music is obnoxiously bad, which makes it all the more insulting that the game suggests you wear headphones to play it! Once the game made me beat the same level three times in a row before it actually flagged it as complete. The flashing of burnt kernels hurts my eyes and overstimulates my brain. The mechanics are very poorly explained. Overall, worse than just plain ol' minesweeper.
