My app is not working properly when i tried to use it its just say wait but will take up to 5 mins then nothing happened. Reporting this to make sure you will help me fix it . Thank you

Not working now

I subscribe for a year. The expiration date is October 2024, it’s okay before but the rephrasing is not working anymore now. No action on that issue. Give a refund or fix your app.

I would like to request to cancel my subscription since I didn’t purchase this app i just used your free days trial but you didnt ask me if I would like to continue or not but you credit my account a one year purchase which you can choose a day or weekly why the expensive one.😵‍💫 i hope someone can answer me i would like to refund , ₱3,090 is a huge amount for me. And i need it😭 somebody help me

Unreliable

I thought this could help me to fix grammar but it’s a scam. I tried to put mistakes on my sentences but the apps always says the i do a great job, like are you serious?

Are you a real teacher?

Well, I typed a neat and RIGHT sentence but it is wrong in the app. I typed, “Hello my name is Juliana R. Rivera and I’m 12 years old. I was born in Philippines and my favorite subject is English. Don’t let me see you guys bullying someone or else you’d be in his or her place. That’s all!” But, the app says that this sentence:“I was born in Philippines and my favorite subject is English” was WRONG, even though it IS RIGHT!!! Hope you guys fix this.
