Nothing ever works on this app, I try to send money and my mom doesn’t get it, I try to attend video visits I get stuck on the loading screen, messages are honestly 50/50 on whether they get delivered or not. I swear the only reason they don’t fix this app is because they know we have to use it because it’s the only means of communication with people’s loved ones. Thankfully my persons almost out cause I couldn’t imagine having to use this app long term.

Works when it wants too. It will not send verification code to phone number to verify account. Been trying for 3 days to add money to a friends account and nothing works. Surprised you was able to login. Developers should try using the app before they send out for public use. Needs a lot of work.

Trying to make an account to talk to my dad but I am not able to cause i’m not getting a verification code sent to my number after trying numerous times.

This app was ok at first when u download it but once u close the app. And u try and actually put money in it either your login username is not working and then you try to set it up sending you in circles talking to that tech-support that has no help whatsoever. The worst app ever ever ever wasted time. Don’t even bother with it, just go in and put money yourself and their books.

This app is terrible the customer service is worst they don’t know what’s going on in the jail they don’t try to work with you when they wack ssa system is acting up or the jail is having connection issues they a scam all they do is take the money and make u check a box saying no refund .. it does hurt they system to reschedule the visit.. if the jail had on site I rather put gas in my car everyday than to give my money to these worthless ssa people

This app is terrible you can’t read messages previously sent. You can’t see what pictures you previously sent. I do love that I can send for free because everything else cost so much the calls the video visits it all cost. I just wasted money on a 30 minute video visit. It just didn’t work. I looked forward to this pre scheduled visit for days. And then nothing. Please fix these problems.make this app easier to use and make it work. I don’t have money to throw away. Which is exactly what happened with the video visit. I score this app a negative -100

won’t let you know that your payment went through just lets you keep submitting it.

Can reread messages you sent them only thing good you can message them for free

If you live in New York beware!!! Cannot send money from New York to anyone because New York State does not allow the use of debit or credit cards!!!!!!!!
