CosmEthics: Guide to cosmetics

Nearly all personal information has disappeared after the version update. Have waited almost a year for “My submissions” products to return but nothing has changed. My products section has vanished entirely. Very few products can be found at all in the app. The worst app update ever seen.

Bought the Premium version sadly for one month. Does work until I try to search something - crashes immidiately. Embarrassing design

Mitään tuotemerkkejä joita on normaalien ihmisten saatavilla ei tän mukaan voi käyttää ed.sentään löyty eldoradostakin puhdistusemulsio köyhälle kyllä ketuttaa.. totta on että jos et tiedä mutä käytät kohta köhiset ja ähiset kuin mikäkin keuhkotautinen tai purnukat jää nurkkiin pyörimään tuo vanhempi versio oli parempi liekö syy että kuluttajat alkoivat saada salaista tietoa ettei sitä enää ole kuin business naisille tylsä juttu!

This app was excellent before, I used to tell everyone how good it is, but since the new update all the useful features disappeared and the app is not really useful anymore. The products that used to be found are no longer in the database, anything you scan can’t be found. The search is really bad, even if you spell the name of the product the search doesn’t find it, it can’t almost find anything even if the product has been in the database. For example it used to have maybe a hundred of products for each brand and now you can find ten, thus probably not the product you were looking for. Also the filters you could set before such as “safe sunscreens” have disappeared and only “sustainable products” can be filtered for free. Such a shame for a previously brilliant app, now it’s close to useless :(

After the latest update I can’t find products in this app. It used to work perfectly and the premium subscription was 100% worth it. Now I’m thinking about finding other providers and deleting this.

The new update doesn’t recognize my paid premium subscription. It’s useless for me right now as I don’t have access to the chemical lists I paid for. And it wasn’t cheap, so I hope fixing this is high in your priority list!

This app was very easy to use and set settings until they published new version with modified UI. New iphone App allowed first login, then crashed permanently. Shame.

Been a really good and helpful app, but something has happened and it hasn’t worked properly afterwards… I’m a premium customer so if I pay for it I’d appreciate it working too…

I really loved this app but once i updated this app there is nothing else than bugs. I cant use it anymore.

I have loved the app for a long time now and it really helps to make better decsision while I’m shopping, but unfortunately the newest update bugs badly and doesn’t allow me to see any products searched etc.
